Situated in the quiet Big Indian-Oliverea Valley, 10 minutes from Belleayre Mt. Skiu Center our chalet offers a perfect setting for groups, family reunions or business outings for up to 16 people. You are located on the grounds of the Slide Mountain Forest House country inn.
Tennis, swimming, hiking, trout ponds and many other outdoor activities are available on-premises. Your Chalet is nicely appointed with comfortable beds, 4 full baths and a large open kitchen, dining and living room area. Bedrooms have A/C and individual heat controls.
There are a fireplace and an outdoor campfire area to use as weather permits. WiFi access available. TV in three bedrooms and a living room. Telephone service available by advance notice for stays of one week or longer.
Two bedrooms with 1 queen bed on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a private bath on 1st floor. Kitchen, living room and 1bath on the ground floor.

This chalet has a 16 person maximum occupancy. No additional overnight guests or visitors are permitted. Camping or recreational vehicles are not permitted as a means of accommodating additional guests, visitors or friends.
Winter seasonal rates may be paid in two payments. 50% at the start of the lease and 50% on February 1st. 1,500.00 security/deposit is required for seasonal bookings. Rentee is responsible for utility bills for winter rentals.

Perfect Place to Sray
The house was in very good condition. Everything in the house worked and they were in good conditions. Beds have good quality mattresses and linens were clean.
Kitchen had good kitchen supplies including frying pans, cooking pans, mugs, coffee machine, toaster and oven.
House had plenty of extra supplies such as additional towels, dish liquid, scotch bright, garbage bags and toilet paper.It did have plenty of wood for fire place. Kids had some much fun and it is very close to Belleayre Ski Mountain. I would definitely recommend it for anyone especially for families.

Hotel accommodations
The house is very nice, clean and big. There are 3 huge bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds, a sofa, and a bathroom, perfect for families with kids.
The livingroom downstairs is also big. We were a group of 16 people and there was enough room for all of us.
Ralph, the owner, very nice and polite ...
The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the area doesn't have any cell coverage and the wifi in the house was very slow.

Great for our big family
We really enjoyed this property. The location is central for our family. There was a nice lawn for the kids to play and a beach nearby. There are dozens of hiking trails up the mountains. There is a dead end road across the street that we walked every night. The kitchen was well appointed. The showers were hot. We loved the space. Internet was spotty with 15 of us using it but worked on and off. No cell service which was a nice break. The bar across the street with fun arcade games and a juke box were an added bonus. The kids loved the pool and the adults had fun. The owner was so nice and friendly. The neighbors were nice too.

Perfect for 10 adults.
Up in the area for a wedding. This house was very clean and had everything we needed. 5 couples shared this house, plenty of room for all!! Ralph was very accommodating.
