The 1,080 Sq Ft Cape-Cod style chalet is a four-season vacation home, located fifteen minutes from the Holiday Valley Ski Resort and the picturesque town of Ellicottville, popular year-round with many cultural events, restaurants and village shops. Entry is through the front door into a living room with a cast iron wood stove, comfortable leather couches, and a dining table for 6.
The fully equipped pine kitchen has a fridge, a four-burner stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this chalet is ideal for two to three families with children (maximum 6 adults and 6 children).
Upper level leads to two bedrooms; the spacious master bedroom sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (QUEEN bed, QUEEN futon) and the second bedroom is designed to sleep 3 (a QUEEN bed and a SINGLE bed). There are two bedrooms on the main floor; each sleeps 4 (2 SINGLE BUNK SETS in one and a DOUBLE and a BUNK SET in the other).
The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a sink, a toilet, and shower. Step out onto the wrap-around deck and enjoy private views with plenty of seating space and a BBQ. The beautiful, private property offers 6 acres of private wooded land for hiking and snowshoeing, plus has a swing set and a large fire pit.

About Eva:
Our cabin is owned by a group of 4 active families with kids. We love to ski, mountain bike, hike and take in the local cultural events that Ellicottville and its beautiful surrounding area has to offer. We enjoy the cabin offseason just as much.

Beautiful and relaxing
Booking was so easy
The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Everything you need was in the cabin. The kids loved running around outside and we all enjoyed all the movies we got to watch together. Over 800 pre set on the television. We explored the other towns and enjoyed the lake at the national park about 15 minutes away. We saw a few deer on the property. So relaxing to just sit outside and take in all the beauty of nature your surrounded in. Hope to come back soon, absolutely loved it there

Fabulous Property to get off the grid and RELAX!!
The property was everything we expected! Plenty of space, wonderful amenities! We most certainly struggled with no wifi/signal, however it was amazing for family time!
We had two families staying (9 total), and one bathroom was a concern, but we managed just fine. We are Kansas folks and weren't used to the humidity and no ac, but there was a perfect spot-on the porch in that hammock swing where all my cares were swept away. ❤️ The windows open with fans cooled things off just fine.
The kids enjoyed the cabinet of games and the movies, creek, trampoline and swing set. The many apple trees were almost ripe, and the kids had a blast trying to find ripe ones.

Wonderful place for family to stay!
The cabin was a perfect place for a winter retreat. Our young kids loved the house and all of its amenities. Only a 10 minute drive from Holiday Valley. We will definitely be back.

Great retreat, lots of beads, close to Ellicottville, Allegany State park. Recommend it. Do be prepared to clean the whole cabin before checking out.
