Mirage Lodge is a 2 story lakefront cottage in Branchport, NY located at the north end of the west branch of Keuka Lake. Second floor can sleep 6 with a queen bed, twin bunk beds and twin bed with trundle rollout twin bed. First floor living room has a couch with pull out queen bed, kitchen, breakfast bar and full bath with shower.
There is an enclosed sun porch facing the lake with futon, chairs and ceiling fan. Sliding doors lead to an outdoor patio with motorized awning. Just 5 steps down to the beautiful Crescent Beach. Includes fire pit and 70 ft. dock with seating area, kayaks and paddleboard.

The cottage is connected to the municipal water supply and is safe to drink.
Please bring your own bed sheets and towels. All beds have a waterproof mattress pad, a pillow with pillow cover, and a quilt or comforter. Extra blankets are also supplied.
Sheets are needed for:
1 queen size bed
4 twin size beds
Queen size pull out sleeper sofa in living room
No laundry facilities on premises
Basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and a roll of toilet paper and paper towels are supplied
The house is connected to a septic tank, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no wipes, not even flushable wipes, no feminine products, diapers, paper towels, or tissues please)
Please help protect the water quality of Keuka Lake by ensuring that the septic system does not fail, garbage does not blow into the lake, and not spraying chemicals on the dock or near the water.

Water levels are shallow (3-4 Feet) at the end of the dock. Raise motor at all times when inside the shallow water marker. No diving please!

About the Owner
The Dack family has owned this property for 8 years. We previously rented at another Keuka Lake property for many years and fell in love with the area. We use the cottage as our family getaway whenever we can and hope that you will love it as much as we do!
