The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, 1/2 bath, and large deck with grill and outdoor dining furniture. The upper level has a master suite, master bath, walk-in closet, and balcony. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms, a large family room, a full bath, a deck with Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. Enjoy lake views from all levels.

Beautiful home on Seneca Lake!
Peaceful, comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and very well stocked. Convenient location. Close to Watkins Glen for shopping, dining, entertainment, many wineries and Watkins Glen State Park (a must see!). It was our first visit to the finger lake area and we had a wonderful time! There was an issue with their new water system while we were there. The hosts were very responsive, very nice and are working on the situation.

The home was amazing with the most gorgeous views!
Sophia made our weekend stay perfect! Clean with all of the amenities! We were granted an early check-in, local food and activity recommendations (MANY wineries/breweries minutes away) and she was always just a text message away if needed. The driveway from the main street is about a half mile of earth, not paved which led us down the mountain. The house is large and would be perfect for a couples trip, like ours, or even a group trip! Many deck levels, as well as, a gas fire pit was perfect to enjoy the views! Definitely recommend!!

The view from the deck of the home is outstanding!
The stairs to the dock were damaged and taped off, but hopefully those will be repaired for any future stays since the dock on the water looked beautiful.

First, the house itself is beautiful, well kept and clean.
The location is fantastic - right in the heart of all the wineries and breweries on Seneca’s east side. Sofia was very responsive to communications and very helpful.
Then the cautions: despite what is shown in the photos, this house has only 1 full bath located in MBR on top level (no 2nd bath on lower level). Not a big issue for a couple, but there is only 1 shower for the whole house - not good for a group. Issue #2 is the water pressure. That one and only shower has almost no pressure, so washing your hair is quite difficult. And don’t plan on using that big beautiful tub you see in the photos - the tub filler is nothing more than a dripping stream. No way to actually fill and use the tub. You will also learn only upon arrival that the owners recommend using bottled water only, so bring plenty if you want to make coffee, etc. Last issue is the drive - it is rough. Definitely recommend 4WD only out of season.

Hi Karen, I appreciate your feed back, however need to clear up some things. Im a bit confused about your comment regarding number of baths. The description and pictures are accurate. The house does have 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Master bathroom on upper level with bath and shower, a 1/2 bath on main level and full bath with bathtub/shower combo on lower level where the 2 additional bedrooms are located. With respect to the water, we provide bottled/filtered water through the fridge dispenser for your use which is safe for drinking/cooking etc.
You arrived the evening a BIG storm came through the area which caused quite a few issues that we addressed as quickly as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.
Quite possibly the nicest place we've stayed at.
Great layout and very spacious. The entire house was very clean-- felt very "new." The host was very responsive allowing for an early check-in and made sure we were taken care of. The house has spectacular views and direct access to the lake. Great showers & proper mattresses (my two most important checkboxes). The host provided many boardgames for rainy days. The furniture is comfortable (and abundant!). The outdoor grill is hooked into the house so you don't need to worry about tanks. There are televisions in all the rooms, but I don't know if you would ever need them with the access to the lake!
I would be hard-pressed to find things to criticize.
I would recommend arriving before sunset on day 1 of your trip as the private road could be a bit intimidating for some, however once you are down the road one time, you will see there is nothing to worry about.
