There are many great homes in this area. Although our home is truly a retreat. I once wanted to own a spa and the closest I have come is adding endless amenities. The grounds are beautifully landscaped allowing for a walking meditation admiring the wonders of nature.
Using our outdoor walking labyrinth calms your mind as you weave into the center and out. Adjacent is the hot tub to soak your weary bones.
The outdoor living room cabana is equipped with a gorgeous stone fireplace ( we provide the wood for your convenience use as much as you like additional fee does apply). A glass of wine and the flames of a fire are a great way to end a summers day. Lounge by the pool and or revitalize in the sauna, you choose. Keep in mind the pool and pool area are opened seasonally (at the owners discretion). The pool is heated by the warmth of mother nature, we have recently added pool heater. ( The cost of propane is an additional ).
We have a king, full, queen and one twin mattresses on the second floor ( which sleeps 7 people). The trundle beds are great for overflow and perfect for night time use. The porch has a two twin bed and a full size mattress ( sleeps 4). The porch is now heated. There is now a full sleep sofa in the living room as well.
Master Bedroom - 1 king
Second bedroom - 1 full, 1 twin
Third bedroom - 1 queen Porch - 2 twin, 1 full
Studio - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full futon

The only question you will be asking yourself each day is which means should I use today to relax? Or do you love to cook?
Our sunlight kitchen with Viking stove with 6 burners and griddle allows for plenty of creativity and hours of entertaining.
One charming feature of being in the Garrison area are dirt roads and driveways. We are preserving this feature and have a dirt driveway (A wet winter or spring could mean a little mud).

Lastly, we thrive on feedback and suggestions only in this way can we continue to enhance the beauty of this retreat space. If you rent with us know that you can contact us anytime to assist in making your stay delightful.

I am an entrepreneur as well as a health and wellness keynote speaker, workshop leader , consultant and coach. I have authored three books called " How to Stay Sane When Life isn't Tools for the Mind, Body and Spirit." Vacationing is one tool I use to stay sane. Travel affords me the opportunity to step away from my life to step into my life. The monastic quality of voyaging fosters traveling light. Have you ever noticed that when you travel the most serendipitous things occur, well these occur everyday in our lives as well. Whether or not we stop to take note is another story. I hope you enjoy the wonders of traveling light and sharing in the gift of this retreat space. It was create with the sole purpose of having fun with friends.
Claudine’s place is very nice with some great amenities (Steam shower, hot tub & Sauna)! A great funky vibe which all my friends enjoyed. We were concerned about being too noisy but really wasn’t a big deal in fall as it got too cold to really be outside past 10. I really appreciated it was a very quick drive to the train. My friends had a bit of trouble getting ride-shares as the walk is very steep up hill from the Garrison station so the quick drive was clutch. Overall was a great stay and I would recommend it!

The house was very cozy and warm! Great place for a winter getaway with friends and family. The wood burning stove added a nice rustic charm. And the loft above the gym was great for extra space.

This house is amazing! Close to the small town charm of Garrison/Cold Spring with all the amenities of a great B&B. Loved the master bath most of all (I've never said that before!)! Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The porch bedroom is also a major perk! Loved staying here!

Hosted 10 guys for a bachelor party and EVERYONE had their own bed! Claudine was very accommodating with some of our custom needs (late check-out, roasting a pig...) and she responded quickly to questions and even returned a charger I left. 10/10

We could not rave about our stay more! The home was even more charming in person. My closet friends and family stayed here a few evenings before my wedding to wind down a bit and treat ourselves to a relaxing time by the fire. What we didn't expect was how absolutely warm the house felt and how delightful the amenities were. We felt luxuriated and at home all at once.

It was a pleasure to stay at Claudine's house for my sisters bachelorette party. The house was clean, cozy, and matched the description listed. We had the perfect weekend to visit the nearby vineyards and bbq/lounge by the beautiful pool. Claudine was very flexible and accommodating when we had to add people to our stay a week or two before. We appreciated the clear guidelines she left for us, which made our time there worry free. We were a bachelorette party of 15 and had no issues fitting in the space or following the reasonable guidelines asked of us. Everyone in the group had a blast and appreciated the beautiful space Claudine shared with us! I would absolutely come back for another long weekend! Thank you Claudine!

Booked this house for a bachelorette party and we all had an AMAZING time! The house is absolutely beautiful and in a location that made it easy to get to Beacon NY for dinner and for our wine tour to pick us up. The rooms were all comfortable and really allowed all of the guests to feel at home and relax for the weekend. Some of the girls made use of the gym and we all really enjoyed the pool and the patio next to the pool. Overall - Claudine's place is great for a larger group of people to stay at. Easy to get to, close to some really get spots in the area and with great amenities. Claudine was super responsive anytime we needed to get in contact with her. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend!
