Wainscott is a rural area adjacent to the Village of East Hampton. Expansive grass areas surround the heated pool; expansive mahogany decking, lush landscaping compliment the mahogany wrap-around porch secured by a four-foot childproof fence.
The large and spacious living room and dining room kitchen area provides for a relaxed setting for casual living and entertainment. Beautiful antique pine hardwood flooring throughout the house. The second floor houses the family living quarters, including the spacious master suite attached to the master bath with jetted tub. This home sleeps 6 with a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
Each room is comfortably furnished with bright and light living space. The sunset is stunning rising in the master suite and kitchen area. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout add to the luxurious feeling of your stay. Enjoy watching a large screen flat TV in the living room and the ability to download any movie of your choice. Check your emails or surf the web with high-speed wireless internet access either from your laptop or the smart tv. If the guest chooses to heat the pool the cost of heating the pool will be deducted from the security deposit. There is a gauge on the heater so the guest can monitor the usage.
The cost per gallon of propane is $2.89. The house cleaner resides in the home connected to the main house through the breezeway.
A car with a beach pass is provided for transportation to and from the beach.

Gorgeous and Spotless comfort in Prime Wainscott Location
My family and I have rented multiple homes “out East” and this place is the winner! The property is magnificent and the pool is lovely. Our only regret is that we had outside obligations and could not spend more time at the house. Gina is so kind and communicative and even went beyond our expectations in providing a vehicle with a beach pass. We truly hope to go back one day and would recommend this listing without a single reservation!

Amazing few days
My husband and I came here with our two teenagers and our two dogs and felt truly at home from the moment we entered through the front door. The house is comfortable and has everything that we could possibly need not to mention we brought our bikes and drove everywhere around town and back-and-forth to the beach with ease .
We would definitely love to return again and do it all over for even a longer amount of time!
