Fall in love with this warm and welcoming home. Views of nature beam into this open, naturally lit home accented with natural wood and clean finishings. The great room is filled with extra-large, grand windows that span the length of the entire home. With this home comes your own private beach that is for guests of this home only. If visiting in the colder months, there is a beautiful fireplace in the living room to keep you warm as you cozy up with your favorite book. This is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps, 7 people.
There is/are: - 1 king bed - 1 queen bed - 1 bunk bed(s) - a large wrap-around deck - a gas grill - a fireplace - a large dining area for entertaining When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including Wi-Fi and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks and fishing poles to keep adventure close by. Most homes also come with bikes to see the North Fork from a more personal and intimate view.
You are free to explore local destinations including the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. Other close-by destinations for your girl's weekend, couple's retreat, or a getaway for any occasion include:

Better than photos
better than photos in a summary. It was clean, close to the beach, everything was as explained.
Area: Quiet residential area with few houses, surrounded by trees, 1-min walk to the beach that gets a great sunset, 20-30 mins walk to the vineyard nearby (walk on a not busy road)
House: squeaky clean! The kitchen had everything we needed. Not sure if it was provided by the property manager or left over from the previous user but there was a case of water and lots of ice cubes in freezer available, how sweet. Starting the morning sitting in the balcony listening to the birds chipping over an iced coffee was beyond perfect. There were a few board games as well. The second floor (basically living room, dining room and kitchen with the view of balcony) was just my favorite party of the house. There was a garage and washer/dryer there but we didn’t use it.
Communication: couldn’t get a hold of them much during the day but they got back almost immediately in the morning and evening. Even on the July 4th evening, thanks again!

Desperate to escape nyc this little home was a perfect getaway. Biking the roads of the NoSo wine country, kayaking, beach time. (Dog friendly!) saved this crazy 2020 summer and inspired us to do it again!
