Walk right over to the beach and bring your beach chairs etc. all available at the house for your stay. Everything you would want is there for you and you will be in the heart of the North Fork with so much to do or do nothing and enjoy a relaxing getaway!
A handsomely landscaped entry greets you as you unload in the level driveway. In just a few steps you will be in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. The home is also open with lots of natural light. This 3-bedroom beach bungalow is fully heated and has AC. This home can sleep up to 6 comfortably.
It has a master bedroom with walk-in closets and a private, full bathroom, a large rear deck, outdoor seating, a fenced-in yard, and a fire pit. There are also rooms that feature one Queen-sized bed and a Bunk Bed with a twin-sized mattress above a full-sized mattress. The beach is down the block and you will be staying in the heart of the North Fork by all the wonderful vineyards and farm stands.
The house has everything you will need for a wonderful stay. When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV. You are free to explore local destinations including the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. Walk across the road to the New Watermark restaurant.
Five-star restaurants are just five minutes away. You can also visit vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore.
