Available are paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, etc. (All our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing).
You’ll have breathtaking views, cozy outdoor seating, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. Inside you have central air and heat for year-round enjoyment. Free wifi and cable TV. Fishing right off the beach. 5 Star restaurant across the street. This is a perfect home for a family reunion, get together or couples retreat. Nearby are Long Island vineyards, North Fork farm stands, golf, shopping, restaurants, spa, Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall, Atlantis Marine World and the Hamptons.

This home, located right on the beach, was a beautiful experience!! A nice, updated home with a wonderful gathering area incorporating the living room, dining room and kitchen....looking right at the sound. Morning coffee and a walk on the beach was a perfect relaxation.

We rented 3 properties for the weekend for our family members who were coming in for our October 9, 2021 wedding. All three properties were perfect -- our families were so appreciative of the beautiful location, gorgeous sunsets, and how nice the homes were maintained and set up. We stayed in one of the properties ourselves and could not have been happier. We were located within walking distance of each other and a very nice restaurant, La Plage, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner on Thursday night. The LuxuryBeachGetaway management team were easy to deal with and very responsive and accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Debbie and Virginia for making our stay so pleasant.

Relaxing and much needed escape
We really enjoyed our north fork sound rental. It was great to be able to walk the beach every day with our 2 older dogs. It was a bonus to have an excellent restaurant nearby in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to enjoy cooking and relaxing there. And again with such a great selection of nearby farm stands and local fresh fish we did a lot of that. It was also a good location to jump off from to explore the rest of LI. We hope to return.

Relaxing Family Getaway
We stayed at this home a few years ago and it was one of our favorites,,!! We loved how just sitting on the deck you were on the beach and it was perfect for our little son being there was no steps,, he loved playing in the sand,! We really enjoyed BBQ’ing every night and eating as we watched the sunset on the quiet beach,!! The home was so nice and spacious and beautifully decorated,!

Luxury At Your Fingertips
My friends and I enjoyed a girls weekend at Luxury Sea Side was as described the rooms spacious with comfy beds. The property was well maintained and offered just what we needed Luxury!!!! We enjoyed bike riding and long walks on the beach as well as relaxing on the plush sofa watching movies. The updated kitchen with state of the art appliances offered us the luxury of in house cooking.
Rentors Debbie and Virginia provided excellent service in a professional yet friendly manner.

We had a great experience working with Virginia and Debbie. We stayed at the Seaside, and the house was in beautiful condition when we arrived. The house had all the amenities so that we did not have to bring anything with us. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. The view was spectacular. The house was close to the vineyards and walking distance to an amazing restaurant. I would definitely recommend !
