Red River Farm is a beautiful house that is tucked away in a very pretty area of the Catskills. My girlfriend and I wanted to get away from New York City for a fun New Years adventure, and found Red River Farm as a great solution. Isabelle was beyond helpful and accommodating in helping us settle in when we arrived, even though she herself was away in France. The house is very well kept and equipped, and has a great rustic European touch to it that makes it feel very welcoming and relaxing. Both the kitchen and the living rooms are incredible, and feel like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back sometime in the summer. Highly recommended!

The property is sophisticated rustic county French. Our hosts were warm and engaging. The furniture, art, and design features are elegant and top notch. We will be going back next year when the yoga yurt is completed.

Red River Farm is a beautiful haven tucked away in the Catskill mountains. The setting is pastoral, creating a relaxing environment that encouraged lounging, reading, eating, drinking and enjoying the company of good friends. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we wanted - including many that were admired but left untouched, like the grill and hammock. Don't miss swimming in the pond. The water felt clean and the length is perfect for a few brisk laps. The location was convenient to restaurants and antiques - but mostly it was convenient to the venue for the wedding we came to attend. The owner and her mother were charming and helpful. We visited several restaurants at Isabelle's recommendation - Two Old Tarts and Brushland. We will definitely return to Red River Farm.

Isabelle's house is absolutely gorgeous. We felt so at home that we didn't go out all weekend. Isabelle was also so helpful showing us around the house and giving us all those recommendations in the area. We will definitely be back in the winter time!

We couldn't have had a more wonderful time at Isabelle's home. The house and property were both spectacular. The hosts could not have been nicer or more welcoming. There wasn't one of us in our group that didn't want to come back as soon as possible. Thanks for the great weekend!

Such a wonderful summer for our family. Home and property is perfect. Our grandchildren loved swimming in the pond catching tadpoles. Long hikes. Cooking reading. Just great. We will be back next summer

We had a terrific long weekend at Red River Farm. The house and surrounding property are both truly spectacular. It feels secluded and is very quiet- just what we were looking for on our long weekend. The house has fantastic outdoor seating spaces with wonderful views, and we were able to keep an eye on swimmers in the pond. The kitchen is stocked like a gourmet restaurant. We'll look forward to coming back at another time of year.
