Description
Weekly waterfront rental with over 170 feet of smooth stone waterfront including a large dock for jet skis or small watercrafts. Our rental home is across the street from the St. Lawrence River and is newly remodeled. Comfortably sleeps up to seven people. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a full/twin bunkbed, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, outdoor grill, towels and bedding provided.
The space:
Our home is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The sunsets are amazing and sitting on the shore or dock brings a sense of peace and relaxation. There's a large backyard and plenty of parking available on the paved driveway.
Guest access:
Our comfortable home, large yard, over 100 feet of shorefront, and dock are accessible for guests to use. Other things to note Kayaks and life jackets are available. We provide high speed internet access with WIFI, cable television (basic) in the living room, and a dvd player with a variety of dvd's.

About the Owner
My current home is in Alexandria Bay, NY. I grew up in Cape Vincent and love the peaceful quality of life there and in the 1000 Islands region of the St. Lawrence River . My husband, Jim, and I operate a few home-based businesses, giving us the flexibility to pay attention to detail at our properties. We love hosting guests at our homes and enjoy their repeat visits.

Jacqualine’s place feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s HOME.
Great quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, etc. — not just a rental filled with inexpensive furniture and supplies. Beautiful wide windows in the living space that look out at the river. Sturdy dock that was perfect for our kids to swim off of. Private parking with space to turn around so you’re not backing out onto a busy street. Plenty of spots to view amazing sunsets. The list of positives could go on….
Located in a quiet village with a pub, small market, coffee shop and a few boutiques, it’s a great location to set up home base if you want to be within easy driving distance (+/- 25min) of more touristy towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay but still have some peace and quiet on the river.

Gorgeous location
I highly recommend staying at this Rental! Everything about our stay was perfect - it was clean, the location was GORGEOUS and the beds were super comfortable. In fact, I think the house is even better in person. We are already planning a trip back and we will not hesitate to rebook our stay in this beautiful house.

Fishermans Paradise!!!
The owners were awesome. Thank you Jacquline and Jim!!! The pictures do not do this place justice! Cozy ,Clean ,relaxing and the view is amazing ! Large dock out front for your boat or kayak jet skis etc. Great place to fish and our fishing guide pick us up right there ..thank Eric Swenson!!! So many great places to eat and drink in the area. Alexandrea Bay is a must go to ...boat tours, shops , food, drinks, fishing !!! 4* Highly Recommend !

Spectacular!
The house was perfect for our family. The views were wonderful, the interior and exterior space were perfect. Jacqueline answered every question before and during the stay. We will definitely be back and maybe do a hunt with her husband! Thank you again for a great stay.

Excellent view
The house is well-furnished, very clean, totally comfortable, and quite charming. An excellent view of the river from the large windows on the front of the house make sitting with your coffee on a cold day in December very pleasant. Couldn't be happier with our stay, and hope to return in springtime.
