Welcome to the Brant Lake Retreat Guest House, a comfortable Adirondack getaway that was fully refurbished in 2026 and designed for families, couples, and small groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks. Located on a peaceful wooded property just minutes from Brant Lake and the town of Chestertown, the guest house offers a relaxing retreat with convenient access to outdoor recreation year-round. Brant Lake retreat includes two homes that can be rented together or separately, comfortably accommodating larger groups while still offering space and privacy. The main house sleeps 17 and the guest house sleeps 8.
The guest home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a cozy and inviting space to relax after a day of exploring the Adirondack Park. The interior blends Adirondack charm with modern updates, creating a welcoming environment for both short stays and longer vacations.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
