5 bedroom 2 bath Adirondack home with large FRONT AND BACK Porch, huge yard. Fireplace, .3 miles from the lake with a seasonal view.
This is the perfect place to be! Close to skiing, boat rentals, close to SNOWMOBILE Trails, mini golf, Frankenstein Haunted wax museum, horseback riding 2 minutes away! Close to Restaurants and shopping!! Talk about a great LOCATION! Don’t miss out!
The space All bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a full-size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom I like to call the family room it has a king and a queen TV then down the hall you have another twin room and a California king Suite at the end of the hallway with your own bathroom. There is also a living room area where I keep a day bed which also sleeps two people. this space can be completely private if you close the door to the king suite. Guest access: Seasonal view of Lake George and Adirondack mountains. 5 minutes from Lake George Village. So close to everything!
There are 2 driveways one on either side of the home. We can accommodate Up to 6 cars.

No smoking anywhere on the premis.
We are a shoe free household. All sox welcome:) No pets allowed.
Please do not trespass on the historic road near the brook.
we are a quiet community and respectful to our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum. 10:00PM is when all music/noise needs to be quiet. ALL ITEMS IN THE HOME MUST REMAIN IN THE HOME. That includes all towels. Please do not park on the grass, no cutting on the counters, please use cuttingboard. If you use the umbrella outside on the deck please close it after using. The fire wood in the drive way is seasoned wood meant to heat my home. It is not meant for the fire pit, please supply your own wood if you plan on having a camp fire. Stewart’s down the road in Bolton always has firewood. Nothing but toilet paper goes down the toilet. Mind the new appliances please and shut the AC units if not in the home. Any items such as umbrella or Grill outdoors please close so no thing gets damaged. Try to conserve by not leaving lights on if no one is at home... This means a lot to me. Thank you and enjoy your stay at our home.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR GUESTS
1. The operation of this short-term rental shall not interfere with the residential character of the premises nor surrounding properties.
2. All rental occupants must act peaceably and not in violation of New York State Penal Law or in violation of the Zoning Code of the Town of Bolton.
3. Rental occupants shall be required to conduct themselves in accordance with the Town of Bolton Noise Ordinance #22 and maintain quiet at this premises between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
4. Overnight guests shall not exceed the amount indicated on the permit located conspicuously within five (5) feet of the main entry to this rental.
5. No firework displays shall be permitted on this property.
6. When placed outside, garbage and recycling shall be put securely in covered receptacles.
7. In case of emergency call 911 or the Town of Bolton Police

Hello, my name is Jessica. I’m happily married to my husband Jay who I’ve known since I was 10 yrs old. We have 3 children Jaxon, Jolie and Jakey. We have been vacationing in Lake George since we were kids. We finally were able to purchase our own vacation home and fortunate enough to open it up to our guests. We want others to experience everything to the fullest when they come to Lake George.

We had the best New Years at Lake George!
We had the best New Years at Lake George! The cottage has the perfect layout for large parties. It’s cozy, but also so spacious! It had decorations for the holiday, which just added to the reasons we knew this was the right place! All the bedrooms upstairs are large and the suite is perfect for a whole family to stay. We had our little ones in the suite and you could not hear any of the noise from downstairs, which was great! The location is great and was basically 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go! The house was clean, warm, and we felt right at home! The house felt very family friendly and my kids enjoyed the toys, especially the large Dino

This is a real Gem
What an Amazing vacation we had at Jessica’s place. It was worth every penny!!! The house is huge plenty of space and equipt with all your house hold needs and more! The beds were so comfy and linens smelled so clean. We couldn’t be happier with everything offered. This is a real Gem. We can’t wait to book another stay here.

Jessica’s home wasn’t just a place to rent, it was a HOME. You can tell she pays attention to detail ….her home is immaculate!
We can’t wait to go back.
The outside decks were amazing too, so many private cozy places to read, have coffee or a cocktail or just relax and take in the view …. Very peaceful.
Jessicas home had everything we needed.
I am one who doesn’t like cheap bed linens and towels and we were so happy with Jessica’s quality bedding….. it makes a big difference to us. Thx Jess!

Perfect stay and excellent host
Myself and 6 friends stayed here. Very close to boat rentals and the lake itself and a short drive from lake George’s town area.
The house had everything we needed to have a great time (plenty of space for 7 people, big backyard, 2 bathrooms and showers, large kitchen with everything you could need). Very clean.
Jessica is an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions. She made sure our stay was perfect.
If you are looking to visit the Lake George area with your family or a moderate sized group of friends, this is the place to stay.
