Description
Perfectly located in the quaint lakeside community of Sabbath Day Point, this home is just far enough from the hubbub, while still close to shops, restaurants, hiking trails and other activities.
Mornings can be spent sipping coffee on the front porch, and evenings can be spent by the fire pit in the large private yard with outdoor lighting and dining. You can also rinse off in the warm water outdoor shower area. Directly across the street, you can enjoy filtered lake exposure through the trees, or a short drive down the road brings you to the Silver Bay YMCA, Snug Harbor South Marina, and Hague Beach, which has a playground, picnic tables, a boat launch, and shops and restaurants across the street.

Policies
- Only the guests registered on the reservation will be allowed access to the property. Guests may not bring any visitors to our home or Association property (beach, docks, etc.) at any time, for any length of time.
- No adult guests under the age of twenty-five (25) unless traveling with an accompanying adult of the same family.
Association Rules:
- Guests shall not intentionally use the kayaks, canoes, floats, boats, or any other property belonging to someone other than the Homeowner that the guest is renting from.
- 9 p.m. until 9 a.m. is “quiet time” every evening. All noise, including loud talking and music, and other sounds, must move indoors during the hours designated as “quiet time”. Homeowners will make sure that no Guests act in a loud, boisterous, unruly, or thoughtless way or disturb the neighbors’ right to peace & quiet or allow their guests including those in the Rental Party to do so.
- No events of any kind on the beach or docks allowed. Guests shall not hold any type of event at the rental house, including, but not limited to a wedding, a stag or bachelor party, a bachelorette party, a college party, or any other event.
About the Owner
I am the father of three beautiful daughters and the husband of a lovely wife. I'm a professional firefighter with the rank of Captain. I am concerned about the environment and sustainability; I enjoy nature and spending time at the lake. I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy activities like BJJ, hockey, yoga, and gardening.

A comfortable place to stay
A very comfortable stay. The place had plenty of room inside and out. In a quiet neighborhood where the kids could play out in the front or backyard.

A great place to stay
We had a great stay, home was neat, clean and all amenities were accessible and available for use in every area of listing and than some. Communication was great and replied almost immediately. Can't say enough great things about the stay in the home. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you again.
