- Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property (I have an allergy to the scent and residue).
- If you have a concern about any aspect of the property, please contact us as soon as it comes up so that we can remedy the situation.
- Your stay includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be purchased by guests locally.
- Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels and notify us of any accidents that result in stains or damage.
- Towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges). Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
- Our Housekeeping team will wash all the laundry upon your departure. If you wish to start a load of sheets/towels before you leave, that is helpful, but not required.
- Check-in at 4pm / Check-out at 10am in order for our cleaner to have ample time to clean before the next guest.
- Any late check out (more than 15 minutes) is subjected to a late check out fee of $50 USD.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors prior to your departure and turn off the AC unit.
- The occupancy limit for this property is 6.
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges
- No parties or events.
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind
- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture
- No pets without prior authorization. We welcome your well behaved doggos! Maximum of two dogs. One time, non-refundable $200 pet fee applies. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, on beds or on linens/bedding. Dogs can only be left at the residence on the premises alone if crated. All waste must be picked up by the owner prior to departure. We accept registered service animals. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your use or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the Property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description. If evidence of undisclosed pets is found prior to your departure, you will be subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning or broken during your stay so it can be rectified. All items damaged or missing during your stay will need to be paid for before departure.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. It is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.
- Please clean any dishes used and throw out perishable items in fridge.
- Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
