Stunning views of Rogers Slide and Cooks Mountain. Private shallow beach and sitting area perfect for swimming or lounging by the lake. Campfire pit. Short walk to the town beach.
Five-minute drive to the public boat launch. House is fully equipped for up to 17 guests. Bed linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen is well outfitted. Screened porch on Lakeside with roomy sitting and dining areas. Upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms with king-size beds. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with three twins and two doubles plus a pull-out couch double bed. Three full bathrooms and a half bath.
Dual-zone central air conditioning. Washer and Dryer. Short 7-minute drive to the town of Ticonderoga for shopping, local eateries, historic sites, museums, river walk, golf, tennis, and mini-golf, Star Trek set tour, and Fort Ticonderoga.
Five-minute drive to marina for rental boats. Numerous hiking trails within 20 minutes.

Tiroga Beach
We recently returned from our 2nd. year renting this amazing property. For over 40 years we have always rented a place on the water (Finger Lakes, 1000 Islands, Adirondacks) and this is our favorite place without question. Our children, their spouses and our 8 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed coming back to Tiroga Beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and has everything needed for a large group. Everyone loved the water area, dock as well as the canoe and paddleboat. We had fantastic weather and the lake views and sunsets were out of sight. Walt and Jane are great people and always available to answer any questions. Thanks again Walt and Jane and we look forward to returning next year.

Best Family Vacation Ever!!
Words cannot describe how wonderful our vacation was staying at this house! We went with my parents, my brother's family and my family. The house is immaculate and we loved the décor. The kid's "suite" was perfect for our 5 kids. The beds were comfortable. The screened-in porch was used daily, the dock was great for jumping in the lake and fishing off of, and the area to wade into the water was loved by the kids. I wish I could give this place more that five stars! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Amazing Lake House!
Beautiful lake house right on the water with a fantastic setup for a large group. Our group stayed early spring for a weekend getaway. We had 17 adults and the house was a perfect fit to accommodate everyone! There were enough beds and rooms for everyone to fit everything. Everyone had such a great time, Walt was super nice and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend, we will be coming back for another weekend at some point soon!

Beautiful Lake House
My family and I just returned home from a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. There were 15 of us celebrating my dads 80th birthday. The house was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The appliances were all brand new. The washer and dryer were very large to accommodate all our laundry needs. The bedrooms were large with many closets and plenty of hangers. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was beautiful. The bunk room was perfect and held the 7 grandchildren comfortably. There were board games in the closets for rainy days and there were fishing poles on the porch for our use. The porch was a favorite for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The view from the house was spectacular. I have never seen a cleaner lake. We spent each day down on the dock enjoying the canoe, pedal boat, and swimming in the lake. We also utilized the big fire pit in the evenings for sitting around and making s'mores!
We really enjoyed our week at the lake and already booked a week for next summer!

Fantastic
My wife, 3 daughters and spouses and 8 grandchildren just returned from a fantastic week at this great spot. This new house was large, spotless and had a gorgeous view of Lake George. We have been coming up to the Adirondacks for 13 + years and this is one of our favorite rental units. Our 5 grandsons really loved the bunk room. All beds were extremely comfortable. Swimming was great and grandkids just loved jumping off the new dock. Even on the 2 rainy days, everyone went down to the public beach and had a great time. Only a 5 minute walk. Thanks to Walt and wife for making this home available. We hope to return in the future.

Excellent vacation house
This house is in pristine condition. It had large bedrooms and a beautiful screened in porch which was great for hosting our extended family gathering. The dock area/fire pit were absolutely perfect for a large family hangout. We rented a boat and used the dock several days we were there. This part of Lake George is gorgeous and will not disappoint.

Perfect Adirondack vacation home
The house was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed (including fishing poles). My kids spent hours fishing and we spent hours on the relaxing screened in porch. The owners were very nice and always quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.
