We allow up to 32 using couches or other spaces. Amazing attractions nearby! We offer exclusive private Pontoon Boat rentals at the nearby lake! (Ask about also booking my other rental estate a minute away for your friends or family! Sleeps 46+ with both!)

The space
INDOOR Hot tub:
The hot tub is located INDOORS in our gorgeous sunroom and open all year! Soak in the hot water while enjoying the snow covered yard, on a rainy summer day or at 3am -whenever you want! Lounge chairs to relax spa side are provided too.
Refreshing Private Pool:
The refreshing heated outdoor pool is open Spring to Fall (June to Oct). The temperature is kept at a heated 75. It's a real oasis pool to enjoy!
Fire Pit and Grill area and more amenities! Spoil yourselves with a trip The Hemlock Estate!
Add on: Pontoon Boat rental! Our team will met you at a nearby lake for a private rental of our large pontoon boat!

Other things to note
Spacious modern Dining Room with huge table & plenty of chairs to seat a large group.
Clean spacious and bright bedrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with lamps, night tables, new beds and new mattresses with plenty of closet space.
All beds will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels are provided. Our home is supplied by delicious fresh clean mountain well water with a triple filter for drinking.

Great Getaway Home
My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this home in Monticello! The pool was warm for a cool day swim, and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for a big group looking to swim and enjoy the outdoors!
