The kids will love the playground, while the adults can hit the volleyball court. And then there is the spacious hot tub to unwind in, the firepits, and more on 2 acres of majestic serenity!

For the safety and security of our guests, closed-circuit security camera devices are in use in public spaces. Five cameras are located in full view on the corners of the house and garage and cover the property around the house outside; backyard deck, front lawn, driveway, and side yard. In general, the estate is located in a safe and very private neighborhood of the beautiful Catskill Mountains, with little crime and great neighbors.
The area is minutes away from the best activities you can ask for! Resorts World Casino, Kartrite Water Indoor Park, Holiday Mountain Winter Ski and summer fun Park and lots more! The estate is fully stocked with linen, towels, dishes, pots, pans, and basic home accessories.
The property offers rustic serenity with its natural beauty, an abundance of wildlife, and complete privacy. We look forward to hosting you soon, like our many happy guests!

Peaceful vacation in the woods
The property is beautiful with a pond, volleyball court, playground and many other things to do in the area. The host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental to others

My new love!
This is a beautifully decorated, spacious house set on a country road backing up to the woods. Really nice gazebo on the pond on this cute little island! Perfectly situated near Monticello and Bethel attractions it is also near the Holiday mountain ski areas. We went with a group of guy friends for a quick guys nights out and loved it. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the first snow storm of the year in cozy style! Great layout for everyone to have their own space and also come together for fires, meals, movies, pool, card games, etc. A winner!

Superb 5 Star!!
Our group enjoyed our weekend stay at Sunset Woods! The house provided several private bedrooms with various configurations of comfortable beds, which easily accommodated our large group. Expansive common spaces provided plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. The outside space was the standout! We spent most of our time outside, with plenty of seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The hot tub was a nice addition; it was clean and worked well. Shira was an accommodating host and ensured we were satisfied with our experience. Overall a great place to gather with friends, and we hope to return.

Amazing stay! Worth every dollar!
This place is ideal for a mountain getaway with your family and/or friends. It's super clean and set up beautifully. Beds are so comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Estate is a great space we all loved hanging in. Quick ride to Casino and attractions for day trips and the hottub is such a chill! Shira was super helpful and responsive, check in/out was a breeze. We can't wait to return!

Nice picturesque place but needs improvements
Not well equipped to accommodate 20 people as advertised, in regard to sleeping arrangements and pots and pans and basic requirements of toilet tissues, kitchen towels, aluminum foils. Refrigerator kept tripping spoling a lot of food. Place needs more attention upgrade and improvements.

Really sweet spot! A romantic family estate
I toured the place to see if it works for my elopement and was blown away. I just fell in love with the bright red bridge and little gazebo on the island in middle of the pond. The house is quite spacious and has a huge yard, huge deck and patio too. Excited!
