The Space:
Step into a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat thoughtfully designed for a laid-back stay. The open living area is warm and welcoming, with cozy seating and a Roku-connected TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. (Please note: The fireplace is decorative only) Not all amenities are listed. Please contact the host with any questions about amenities KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for homemade meals, from morning coffee to family dinners.

All bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV’s and convenient USB outlets to make charging your devices hassle-free.
OUTDOOR SPACES & AMENITIES:
Enjoy the large backyard featuring a fenced-in patio area - ideal for grilling, dining and spending time together outdoors. A spacious driveway accommodates your vehicles, boats and other vacation gear, and there is even extra storage space available inside the garage. Inside the garage, you will also find yard games, beach towels and a beach wagon to make your outings even easier and more fun.
EXPLORE THE AREA:
Lazy Pines Cottage is perfectly located for everything Sylvan Beach has to offer. Public lake access is just a short walk down the block - the perfect spot to catch stunning Oneida Lake sunsets without the crowds of Sunset Park. Sidewalks make it easy to walk or bike the short 1.1 miles to Sunset Park, and Sylvan Beach's popular restaurants, shops and entertainment.
PET FRIENDLY:
Don't leave your four-legged friends at home! Lazy Pines welcomes well-behaved pets, so that the whole family can enjoy time together. A pet fee of $100.00 is required. More than one pet maybe permitted at the hosts discretion. Please contact host if you wish to bring more than one furry family member on vacation. All pets must be registered, even those pets that may visit you while at the cottage. Failure to register a pet will result in a $500.00 penality.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, backyard and designated garage area. Whether you are brining along beach gear, bikes or a boat, there is plenty of room for it all.
Other things to note:
-The cottage is not directly on the lake, but is just steps away from a public lake access.
-The fireplace is sealed and for decorative purposes only.
-Bicycles are provided in the garage for guests use. Guests use is "at your own risk."
-There are two exterior cameras on the property. One is above the garage and the other is over the sliding glass door. There are no security cameras within the house or garage.
- The patio area (black chain link fence) is the ONLY area that is fully fenced in. The privacy fencing is NOT fully fenced in - including an opening at the back of the property.
-Patio and deck furniture not available from October 17 - April 1.
-Fire Pit not available from October 17 - May 15, and when burn bans are in affect.

About the Owner
We are from Long Island. Our son and his family live outside of Syracuse. We enjoy spending time with our family - and especially our grandchildren - at the cottage. We hope that you and your family will enjoy spending time together at The Lazy Pines Cottage too!

Pets r welcome but I didn’t bring my pets. Very clean n welcoming. U had everything u needed n then some. I would recommend this place to ever one.

The house was very clean
The house was very clean and had so many cute touches that made our stay very easy. We did not bring a pet but this place was clearly pet friendly and a great place to bring your pooch.

This was my first B&B and it was absolutely wonderful.
I didn’t bring my doggies but the place is dog friendly. Very clean, I love all the little dog supplies that were offered. The house is cozy and comfortable. There were board games and puzzles, kitchen supplies to cook & eat, washer and dryer, towels, wash cloths. The beds were comfortable. Among so many other things this is a great stay most definitely do recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay- the house had everything we needed without being cluttered. The location was great for day tripping and for walking to the beach. The host was generous and responsive- we needed a little flex with check-in and check-out and Debra was super accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This house was amazing!!!
It was extremely clean and well maintain. It have everything we needed to make our trip perfect. The kitchen was well stocked!! The yard games and bikes were a bonus. The location was perfect, close right to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great relaxing family vacation!
