Comfortably sleeps 4 in two cozy queen beds. The Kitchenette is complete with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. After a long day on the water sprawl out on the sofa that converts to a bed.
The covered outdoor patio allows you to dine lakeside using the grill to cook the day's catch. Need extra storage room for your fish, we have you covered, extra freezer is available for you to use.
Located at the south end of the lake directly across from the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, a great destination to dine, have cocktails and relax next to one of their lakeside firepits!
Contactless check-in with Keyless Entry and private entrance. Plenty of parking for 2 cars and a boat trailer. This is a second story unit, ability to climb stairs is necessary.

Awesome Stay!!!!!
Bruce and Karen’s place is beautiful! They are awesome hosts. They are such kind and thoughtful people! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. They even invited us for a picnic at their house and took us out on their boat to see the fireworks. I would highly recommend staying here. Awesome location along the lake. Lots of things to do close by. Bruce and Karen were great at recommending things to do and places to eat. I can’t wait to go back.
