There is no dock access but you are able to launch a small boat, kayak or canoe.
The house has 2 bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed and has romantic lighting and cozy bedding. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. One is a bunk bed. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning units.
The dining room has a large dining table and coffee/tea station. The kitchen is well equipped with eat in breakfast nook. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch and two comfy chairs. The living room also features a smart tv for you to stream all your favorite shows on those rainy days.

Sitting along side Dutch Hallow Creek. Please be mindful that back yard has a steep drop off to the creek. This creek is flowing quickly during heavy rain and in the fall, spring and winter months. It is a major tributary to Chautauqua Lake.
Greenhurst is a small village south of Bemus Point, located on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. The neighborhood is great for walking and has a small boat ramp to launch smaller boats, kayaks, and jet skis.
Walkable from this home are 2 great restaurants/bars and the Town of Ellery Park. The park has a large playground, walking track, tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields.
