Description

Irwin Bay Cottages & Vacation Rentals is located on one of the finest spots on Chautauqua Lake in the Southwestern corner of New York State, just one mile from the world-renowned Chautauqua Institution. We have over 200 feet of lakefront, a boat ramp and docks. We are in the heart of Lake Erie Wine Country and surrounded by so many ways to enjoy nature. Our property is comprised of 9 seasonal cottages and 2 year-round vacation homes.

Cottage #3 is a recently remodeled charming 2-bedroom cottage with a double bed in each of the bedrooms, a combined living/dining/kitchen area, a bath with a shower and an awesome large screened porch with a day bed for additional sleeping. It is a non-smoking/no-pet cottage and rents by the week with our weeks beginning and ending on Saturdays. WIFI and Cable TV are included. Dock spaces are available.

If the time-frame you’re looking for is not available, please check out our other cottages or our two year-round homes all located on the same property. We sometimes have a few adjustments to our availability in early March, so do check back with us if the week you're looking for is not currently available. This cottage can be rented in conjunction with one or more of our other rentals to accommodate a large group.

Policies
Our cottages are all non-smoking/no-pet rentals and rent by the week. They are furnished with the exception of linens and paper goods, although we can provide linens for an additional charge. Further details are located on our website at www.irwinbaycottages.com. 1/2 the total payment is due to hold the cottage and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Our Cottage cancellation policy is as follows: For all cottage cancellations made 60 days in advance or more, the full amount will be refunded, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. For all cottage cancellations made less than 60 days in advance, the balance will be refunded upon re-rental of the unit, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee and any difference in the rental amount that is generated.

I can’t say enough about the Irwin Bay cottages . I’ve been staying with a group of friends for 15 years every Memorial Day week ! Julie and her staff are top notch ! You could not ask for a more pleasant hostess! Looking forward to this year !!!
