Our comfy, clean, and charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home is a perfect place to call home while you enjoy all the activities around Chautauqua Lake. The home is located at Irwin Bay Cottages and is available for rentals year-round.
The kitchen, dining, and living area are an open concept which is a perfect set-up for sharing vacation time together.There are wonderful lake views from the living area and the deck. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of closet and dresser room. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishes. We know that the dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave and gas grill are important to you while on vacation so that's why we have them. The home is tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and designed with your vacation in mind.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one with a double (also known as full) and one with a double (also known as full) and a twin bed. The home is furnished with the exception of linens and paper goods. We do not allow smoking or pets in the home. We have reliable Fiber Optic WIFI which gives us very high speed, allows many users to be on the internet at the same time and gives us great access all over the property.
Some of our other amenities include docks with electric, fishing platform and cleaning station, cable TV, play area, campfire pit, basketball hoop, and volleyball net. GREAT!!!!!!!
Without a doubt a great cottage. Our daughter and two kids came and we had more than enough room for us all. No one got in each others way. The lake was right there to walk down to and sit and enjoy Chautauqua Lake. You have to go to Partage Pies. We got the apple crumb, and it was AWESOME. Julie thanks for your advice as to where to go to eat, all of your suggestions were used and the food was great. Family came down for a visit and was very impressed also. Lovely home, spacious enough for 6 adults and two little ones to make family memories together
We truly enjoyed our stay at the beige house . Julie's hospitality was evident throughout our stay, always available if we needed anything. Although the home is situated directly on a busy highway (394), one rarely heard the cars go by. Central air would have been nice during those couple of hot, humid days, especially at nighttime. Would we recommend? Absolutely!

Just what we were looking for!
Perfect for our extended stay in the area. Everything was clean and comfortable and in good working order. Owner was available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Washer and dryer were handy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed.

Irwin Bay 3 BR Cottage on Lake Chautauqua
This is a meticulously clean and well maintained cottage on Lake Chautauqua. The kitchen is fully furnished, living room comfortable and bedrooms have a closet along with a dresser and nightstand. Julie takes the time to review the cottage as well as provide insights to the best spots in town for shopping, dining and fun. She is very friendly and available if renters have any questions, needs, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her cottage and highly recommend for other travelers!

Irwin Bay Beige House from PA Travelers
My friends and I have stayed in the Irwin Bay Beige House for a week both in the spring and in the fall for the last 5 years. We always find the house clean and in good repair. All services, including water, toilets, kitches appliances, TV, and furnishings have always worked as expected and we find small upgrades have been made to the property each time we arrive. The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths. We especially like the two baths, as no one likes to wait for the bathroom! The owners are always on site to greet us and have always shown us a friendly, helpful attitude towards any questions or request we may have. This is not a cabin, it's a full size three bedroom home where you can get comfortable and feel like your home! The Lake is just a stones throw away as well as shopping and services. We are looking forward to our next stay at Irwin Bay Cottages in their Beige House! Sincerely, satisfied vacationers from PA.
