Irwin Bay Cottages & Vacation Rentals is located on one of the finest spots on Chautauqua Lake in the Southwestern corner of New York State, just one mile from the world-renowned Chautauqua Institution.

We have over 200 feet of lakefront, a boat ramp, and docks. We are in the heart of wine country and surrounded by so many ways to enjoy nature. Our property is comprised of 9 seasonal cottages and 2 year-round vacation homes. Cottage #6 is our 3-bedroom lakefront cottage and sits about 30 feet from the water!

It has two bedrooms with a double (also known as full) bed and one bedroom with 2 twins. There is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, the bedrooms, a bath with a shower over a tub and a screened porch facing the lake which overlooks the docks.

Like all of our other cottages it has been completely remodeled while keeping that same “Old Chautauqua Lake Cottage” feel. It is a non-smoking/no-pet cottage and rents by the week with our weeks beginning and ending on Saturdays. WIFI and Cable TV are included. Dock spaces are available. This cottage fills up fast. We sometimes have a few adjustments to our availability in early March, so do check back with us if the week you're looking for is not currently available. This cottage can be rented in conjunction with one or more of our other rentals to accommodate a large group.
