Charming, light-filled cottage on beautiful Keuka Lake! Take in the beautiful surroundings on your large front porch or hop down to the dock and enjoy the lake. You won't find a prettier spot on the lake or a cozier cottage!

This bright and pretty cottage sits towards the back of a large, flat piece of waterfront property directly on Keuka Lake. Inside you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer), a fully stocked kitchen and an open and airy floor plan with tons of natural light and a wonderful view of the property and waterfront. The huge, covered front porch has a ceiling fan and a large front yard that ends at the water. Enjoy a drink on the dock, take a canoe ride on the lake, build a bonfire, or just cozy up in your cottage with a book or a card game. This is as tranquil and beautiful as it gets. You'll have access to the full cottage and property.

There are 3 other cottages on this property that share the huge yard and waterfront with 2 docks. I'll be in touch before the cottage is booked to go over any details or questions you may have and will be in touch after check-in to make sure all is well. I live nearby and can come by if any issues arise and often pop by the property to tend to the other cottages, so you'll probably meet me! This gorgeous, tranquil spot on Keuka is truly a little slice of heaven.

The days are beautiful and full of adventure for kids of all ages. Whether it's swimming, boating, hiking up the creek next to the cottages, or getting a bocce game going in the yard, there is something for everyone.

The nights at Keuka are dark and quiet (except for the sound of crickets). If you're a city-dweller, you'll be delighted by how many stars you can see. The Big Dipper is easily visible from the dock! When you need a bit of civilization, you can grab a bite at The Switzerland Inn (aka "The Switz") or another lakeside spot. A short drive in one direction takes you to the sweet old town of Penn Yan, or go the other way and explore the shops of Hammondsport, voted "Coolest Small Town in America" in 2013.

Tour the wineries, get lunch at Bully Hill (with a great view of the lake), or visit the Windmill craft market on a Saturday and buy handcrafted Menonite goods. There is no shortage of festivals, museums, and attractions if you crave outings in the area, or you can just sit peacefully by the water and watch the baby ducks swim by. Getting around here will require a car (or a boat).
