Unwind in the sauna, then gather by the fire pit as the sky turns to stars. With a king suite, cozy lofts, sunroom, and decks with stunning views, this retreat invites families, couples, and friends to relax, play, and make memories—dogs included.
Main Level: The large primary suite features a king-sized bed with luxurious linens, a bathroom, and convenient laundry facilities. The open-concept living area boasts a beautifully updated kitchen with a range equipped with an air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, and waffle maker. You'll also find cutting boards, pots, pans, knives, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining area seats 6 guests comfortably.
Step out onto the deck to enjoy outdoor dining and lake views.
Upper Level:
Two additional bedrooms —one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds—provide cozy accommodations. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor. The loft area offers a reading nook, game space, and a sunroom with panoramic lake views. An outdoor deck surrounded by trees provides a peaceful spot to relax.
Lower Level: The basement features a yoga studio and indoor sauna for ultimate relaxation, an air hockey table for friendly competition, and a game room with a large sectional couch and smart TV for movie nights.
Outdoor Amenities Private Beach and Dock: Access the water directly from the property for swimming, kayaking, or simply lounging by the shore. Guests are responsible for providing their own watercraft or rent from one of the nearby rental spots.
Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit with seating for six, perfect for stargazing and storytelling. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. Pond: A small pond in the front yard is home to a chorus of frogs—approach quietly for a serene experience.
Tech & Entertainment High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with reliable internet access throughout the home. Smart TVs: Log into your favorite streaming services and enjoy entertainment options in the game room and living room. Board Games & Office Space: A selection of board games is available for family fun, and a dedicated desk area provides a quiet space for work if needed.

• Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Bring your own dog towels and/or blankets. Pets may not be left unattended inside the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the property.
• The property is in a natural setting near the lake. While we take all reasonable steps to minimize insects and wildlife inside the home, occasional encounters with bugs or other elements of nature may occur.
• Dock is available seasonally: Typically, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Loved staying at Jake’s lakehouse.
It’s been beautifully redone with thoughtful amenities. The sauna was the perfect way to finish the day and a lovely kitchen made cooking easy. Would highly recommend if you’re in the finger lakes area!

Lakefront Retreat with Sauna
Jake and Elise have created such a serene spot on the lake. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, cooking in the beautiful kitchen and the private yoga studio and sauna. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

It is absolutely incredible. My husband, plus our friends who joined us, all agreed that this was the nicest rental we had ever stayed at. The lake frontage is incredible to wake up to. It was well located for a weekend of wine tasting all around Keuka, and was a perfect home base for relaxing and winding down after a jam packed day. The beds were comfy, the showers were hot with great pressure, the kitchen was phenomenal, and the sauna was a nice touch. Jake was proactive with all communication! We would come back for sure, even if we were interested in wineries on another lake. The elevated feel, along with the added touches made for an amazing weekend. Can’t recommend enough!

October getaway
I can’t express how much we enjoyed this house. The owners obviously approached everything from the renovation to the furnishings and amenities to the smallest details in a thoughtful, practical way. The views were awesome, the beds comfy, the kitchen a pleasure to cook in, the deck perfect to take in the fresh air, lots of books and bright open space in the house…oh! And the sauna! I would love to make an October getaway at this house a yearly tradition. Pitch perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at Jake’s place!
The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and staying right at the lake is so peaceful. The house was beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-equipped - from the kitchen essentials, cozy basement games and sauna room to the comfy bed and thoughtful touches like snacks, local guidebook, etc. It is perfect for four adults and two young kids. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

This place is absolutely beautiful.
It is extremely clean and updated. You can see a view of the lake from every window. Jake is a responsive host and will quickly respond to any questions. It was a little chilly when we visited so we didn't use the outdoor space, but I could see that being a great space to make a fire and sip a glass of wine. The location was also great. It is a quick drive to get to Hammondsport or Watkins Glen. I hope to come back and stay longer!

Beautiful, spotless stay!
The home was super clean & thoughtfully outfitted with quality touches. Bedrooms had comfy beds, great pillows, perfect lighting and extra throws. Bathrooms were VERY clean, fully stocked with paper products, toiletries & soft towels.The kitchen had everything we needed, gorgeous white & rose gold appliances, coffee beans, grinder, decaf and tea. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, even oil and spices. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and arrived to a nice bottle of wine and basket of snacks, so appreciated and thoughtful! We loved the family games, many books and several cozy reading nooks.The deck and fire pit (on the beach) have incredible views where we enjoyed watching lake life. So calming; this is where we spent the majority of our time. The yoga room & sauna were quite the bonus! Check in was easy, communication clear and every detail felt intentional. Great hosts! We’d happily stay again & highly recommend!
