Description
It's time for some quality time with your family at the lake. This cottage is a cozy retreat with a breathtaking view of Keuka Lake. Included, is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The driveway to the cottage is level as well as level lakefront to the water. There are two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a loft with two platform beds. A complete kitchen with everything you need to make all of your meals. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill for BBQs, patio set for outdoor seating and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows as you relax by the fire after a long day of swimming, fishing, and kayaking. There are two kayaks available for use as well. The backyard is a perfect spot for lawn games as there is plenty of space to spread out. Visit Jake's Livery just a short drive away for bait, gas for your boat, some groceries, ice and much more. Several wineries and breweries are just a short drive away. Hammondsport is 9 miles south and is a lovely little town to visit for lunch, shopping, ice cream, grocery store, post office, and Laundromat. In the other direction, you will pass through Branchport, which has a country store, diner, and hardware store on your way to Penn Yan. Wifi is available as well as an Apple TV for Netflix. Books and games are available for use as well. Linens provided include mattress pads, quilts, and pillows. Renters must bring their own sheets and towels. A starter set of paper products will be provided, but it is recommended for renters to bring their own to last the entire stay. Cottage is professionally cleaned between renters.
July and August's rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
September and October rentals are weeks or weekends.

Loft is unsuitable for children under 9.
Drive in and park at the back of the cottage. 35' of lakefront with dock for fishing, swimming and boating.
Window air conditioner in the loft keeps the cottage cool on hot days. Ceiling fans are also in all rooms, to keep air circulated.

About the Owner
We are both from Upstate New York and have been vacationing on Keuka Lake for many summers over the past 20 years. This is our only vacation home and we are eager to share it with people who share the same love of Keuka Lake as we do. We understand the time and expense put into planning the perfect vacation, so we are available for any questions you may have.

Half Pint is a whole lot of fun!
We truly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for our 5 person family! We relaxed on the back deck, took full advantage of the kayaks and rafts, had a fire every night, rented a motor boat which fit right on the lift and brought our fishing poles to fish right off the dock! The window air conditioner was able to keep the whole cottage cool. It was hard to say goodbye but I hope to be back again someday!

Wonderful place for a couples getaway
We celebrated our anniversary with a wonderful stay at Half Pint. Its sometimes hard to find an affordable lakefront place on Keuka when its just the two of you. This place was perfect!. Beth was a wonderful host and communication and payment was excellent. I appreciated being able to avoid cleaning fees when I am used to doing it myself (I clean for the cleaner at home LOL). Location was perfect and we really appreciated the kayaks. Neighbors are a little close but that is the norm on Keuka. Will definitely try to come back! Highly recommend

Looking for a relaxing getaway that feels like a home away from home? This is it! The half pint cottage has everything you need to enjoy the lake and surrounding area in comfort! The cottage fit our 6 adult travel party comfortably and never left us bored! The house had everything you’d need! Games, WiFi, and tv for entertainment and a fully equipped kitchen (we cooked all our meals). However the outside was were we spent most our time! The deck boasts the most amazing view of the lake (perfect for family meals, morning coffee or a good book) and just literal steps off the deck is the water! We kayaked, swam, bonfired, fished and stargazed the days away...when we weren’t sampling the offerings of the local wineries (some of which were as close as 5min away). Lots of family memories made! Beth was a great host! Great communication before, during and after our trip; she answered all our questions and more! Not to mention all the special touches she left for us at the cottage, she’s thought of everything. We would definitely suggest this place to family and friends and hope to return one day!
