Sodus Bay and Sodus Point are a resort area connected to Great Lake Ontario and part of the Finger lakes area of NYS. The Bay is the largest inland bay on Great lake Ontario.

Sodus Point has much for visitors including a long sandy beach, lifeguarded beaches, public boat launch, Marinas for Boat rental, restaurants, bars w/entertainment, Sailing, Golf Courses, shopping, ice cream, play grounds at the beach and the commercial area and a wonderful lighthouse museum. The Sodus Bay area boasts great Fishing, Parks, antiquing, Golf, Kids activities.

The Village of Sodus (separate from the Sodus Point) is an Apple Farming Town and community. In the fall apple trucks roll to the Motts plant on rt 104 and Farm markets explode with fresh fruits and activities from Corn Mazes and Pumpkins to Apple Tasting. Fall Leaves are gorgeous and Blue skies and water make it a great time to visit the many parks.
