Located in the desirable Settler's Landing in the North West Woods area of East Hampton, the private bay beach is just a 5 min walk around the corner. Sammy's Beach is a mile away, and the towns of East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor are a short drive away.
Light streams in through skylights and bay windows into an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. There are two primary bedrooms, each with king sized bed and renovated en-suite bathrooms. A third bedroom has a king bed with a hall bathroom.
The sunny home office opens through sliding glass doors onto the deck and, on the other side, French doors into the living room. There is a huge deck and heated pool for all your outdoor fun!
