Welcome to your perfect laid back Montauk getaway!
This beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with views of Lake Montauk is an ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 adults, the house is designed for both gathering and unwinding.
The main level features a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The living room is wrapped in sliding glass doors, filling the space with natural light and offering breathtaking views of the lake and unforgettable Montauk sunsets.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen open onto a shared lake facing deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The third bedroom features a comfortable king size bed.
Outside, enjoy a wraparound ground level deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for summer meals and sunset gatherings. After a day at the beach or lake, rinse off in the amazing outdoor shower while enjoying the fresh lake and ocean breeze that flows through the home.
Pets are welcome with an additional security deposit per animal, so the whole family can enjoy this special escape.
Please note: renters must be 26 or older. A friendly property manager is onsite. We are pet-friendly with an additional security deposit per pet.

This is a great spot for a family that loves everything Montauk has to offer. There is a beach at the end of the road, and plenty of amazing ocean beaches nearby. You’re also close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife around town. The sunsets are incredible, the breeze is refreshing, and the big yard and open night sky make it a really special place to relax.
What Makes the House Special
The wraparound deck is perfect for hanging out, grilling, or just relaxing, and the outdoor shower is great after the beach (or just because). The upstairs deck is a peaceful spot for morning coffee and lake views. We live locally, and there’s a year round house manager onsite (on the ground level) if anything comes up during your stay.

Our family has been in Montauk since the late ’70s, and this house was our home growing up. It’s been enjoyed for generations by family and friends, and it holds so many great memories; long beach days, BBQs at night, and watching the sunset over the lake. The house was just darling!
Love how they kept all of the older features of the home which made it feel like a cute cottage. The decor was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location as we had a wedding to attend at the Downs. The ample towels were fantastic, along with having a washer dryer. 1 for flexible parking too!

Great location & wonderful views
Can’t recommend this property enough! Had some family and friends come into town and we rented the house for them to stay in. Location is 10/10 - close to everything and on the best part of MTK - east lake. Views are amazing and the house has everything you need. The communication with the house manager was wonderful as well- if we had any questions they were super quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again.

Great MTK Home
Home was perfect for a group of 8! Clean, exactly as described. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. Had everything a renter could want for a large group. With bad weather the area of porch that was covered was a big plus. Having porch on second level from bedrooms was also a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again!

Weekend stay
Great stay at this property. The place was very clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Location was easy to get to anywhere we wanted by Uber. Would absolutely rent again!

Great stay
We were a group of 7 adults, mostly couples Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Just a couple minutes drive from town. Aisja was very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Fall in Montauk
We had a wonderful stay @ this Montauk house. It was everything we needed while visiting for a family wedding. The house is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very clean & spacious too! The host was very welcoming and made the process so easy and comfortable. We would definitely rent again in the area. Thank You!
