Minnie and Mike's Beach Bungalow We are located on the North Shore of Long Island only 90 minutes from Manhattan and close to Jamesport, Southold, Greenport, and Shelter Island. Enjoy walking from the bungalow to a private beach in Baiting Hollow, NY.
This is a great community for families and friends. From wineries to water parks, farm stands to the aquarium, and outlet shopping for days. You will have plenty to do or just come to relax and enjoy all the Beach house has to offer.

House was super cute, clean, and perfect for us!!!!
We went out East for my mom’s birthday weekend to hit the wineries and we had a BLAST! It was so much fun and the house was super cute, clean, and perfect for us!!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Place was immaculate!
Meredith’s place was immaculate! The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. It was also a great location. The streets and parking were a little tight so you can fit 2 small cars and just one bigger car. This is definitely a great alternative to staying in a hotel. Meredith was very helpful when looking for recommendations.

Place is perfect for a family or group stay!
Meredith’s place is perfect for a family or group stay! Felt like home to us and in a great area close to a private beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and living room kitchen area made us feel right at home. The small touches and details were absolutely wonderful and we would highly recommend this place. 12/10 will definitely come back! Thanks Meredith!
