If you are looking for the perfect vacation getaway to enjoy the outdoors or just get some peace and quiet this is just for you. You can get on your ATV and ride all day. Whether you like to get muddy or just enjoy the sites you will not be disappointed. Maybe ATVing is not for you but you want to enjoy nature and some nice trails, we have miles of trails for you to enjoy in nearby Adirondack Park. There is also the lake for your kayak nearby as well as many creeks and streams for swimming. There is something for everyone in all 4 seasons.
This beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bath house can sleep up to 8 people and is right on the trail system for riding and snowmobiling. The house has a great open floor plan with lots of space to relax. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a large master bath with walk in shower. In the 2nd bedroom is another queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk with an additional Twin bed. Finally, the living room has a Queen size pull out couch. The 2nd bathroom is all new with a tub/shower combo. For those rainy days where you want to stay inside and play some games, the dining room table can fit everyone. House comes with WIFI and Cable and central air system. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a washer/dryer in the back mudroom Outside there is a gas grill along with table and chairs. There is a large FirePit to play some campfire games and eat some smores. ATV ride on some of the best trails east of the Mississippi or snowmobiling on the Famous Tug Hill Plateau. Get on your machine and hit the trails right from the driveway. There is plenty to do in the area. When the day is finished head to some great local restaurants and bars right down the road and enjoy some food and drinks

About the Owner
We have been coming to the Brantingham/Tug Hill area to ride ATV's for many years. Whether for a family vacation at the lake or trip with the guys to get muddy this has been an annual tradition. With the new house we are looking to start new traditions for us and our vacation renters. The house has lots of comfort amenities that we like but also the feel of the country. Great Hidden Gem
We stayed at this newly remodeled home in the ADK. The house was beautiful and fully smart operated. The open floor plan gave us loads of space. It was a lot of fun to have a nightly fire in the backyard firepit. We enjoyed hiking on the many beautiful trails in the area.Local restaurants had somecreslly good food. We drove into some of the surrounding towns to do some local shopping. This is a great place to stay in the ADK if you want the convenience of modern living combined with a rustic outdoorsy vacation this is a great spot for you.
