Our picturesque 5-bedroom lodge in the wooded landscape of, where you'll be greeted with incredible views of beautiful nature.
Our carefully designed lodge is the quintessential outdoor getaway, central to many of the adventures found under the Adirondack skies. Perfect for family fun, couples retreats, visits to tug hill, and other activities for up to 16 guests! Located on 200 acres of gorgeous, wooded forest, you'll have plenty of space for sprawling out and enjoying the fresh mountain air in privacy.
Get ready to take in clear night skies full of brilliant constellations from the private wet sauna or hot tub whether its a cold winter night or a fresh summer evening. The Independence Lodge is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. Offering 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms you don't even feel like you ever left your house.
The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and of course, all you need for a perfect morning, coffee! Enjoy your meals together with around 10 people dining room tables where new family memories can be made. After hiking through our backyard trails or snowmobiling through the woods, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access to Netflix and WiFi. (A note about WiFi: password is provided upon arrival. Or gather around the campfire to roast some marshmallows and talk about your day adventures, looking out at the expansive landscape. Its especially idyllic when stars are very bright.
The Adirondacks is where all your four-season dreams come true, and we tried to capture that in our decor, using classic cottage details with modern finishes to complement the panoramic views from each window. Bedrooms include a master with a king bed, three queen bedrooms, and 1 double bunk bed (for a total of five). Sleep 4 more on the twin sleeper sofa in the 1st-floor hallway and 4 more people on the 4 couches in total in the home.
With two full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the trails or taking a trip to the nearby river that is just a short walk away. The game room is a nice place for your kids to enjoy while you have some adult time. It includes 3 arcade games, an air hockey table, a foosball table, and 75in tv. There is a large L shape sectional to hang out and watch movies this can also sleep 2 adults or 3 kids.
The upstairs living room has 75in tv for you to enjoy as well as an extra large L-shaped sectional to sit all of the guests. It can also sleep 2 adults or 3 kids of needed European Sauna Sweat of the day at our wet sauna where guests have full access to the sauna and hot tub. Sauna has a small kitchenette with a beverage fridge, tea kettles, and a coffee maker to enjoy snacks and drinks while relaxing.

There is a fire pit outside the sauna you can sit around and enjoy the heat. Enjoy another fire-pit station there to enjoy with 8 Adirondack chairs where you can sit around with your family and roast marshmallows.

Policies
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you want to smoke, you can smoke outdoors and put your cigarette butts in the cigarette receptacles. Absolutely no cigarette butts on the ground anywhere, especially in the woods.
CLEANING POLICY: We have a cleaning service that comes to clean the home. We do ask that each guest treats the property and home as their own.
LINEN POLICY: Place all dirty bath towels and sauna towels in the laundry room bins

Great stay with friends!
We rented this place for the 2nd time already. We love it. It is kid friendly, it has a lot of room for everyone. We had 5 families and everyone had a lot of fun. The sauna and hot tub are fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals. It is a very nice place to just “get away” for the weekend. I would definitely recommend

We rented the cottage to meet with 2 other families from Boston. so 3 families total. everything was basically perfect. very private property with everything you need. lots of entertainment to stay indoors that the younger crowds really enjoyed. very well equipped kitchen. was surprised at how many options we had. waffle maker, air fryier, instant pot, etc.
you can tell the host has put a lot of effort into making the home great!

There are beautiful trails right on the property that take you down to a gorgeous river.
Look no further - this home is beautifully updated and has every basic need and item you can think of. There are beautiful trails right on the property that take you down to a gorgeous river. Our girls had a wonderful time playing in the river and the trails were well kept and easy for walking at all ages. The sauna and hot tub were such an amazing way to relax at the end of a long day. Not to mention the wonderful fire pit area! We will definitely be renting this home again in the future. Additionally there are plenty of ATV trails in the area for those wanting to bring their motorized toys. 10/10!!

Our weekend stay at this home was absolutely wonderful.
Our whole family, and additional friends were all easily accommodated in this beautiful home.
The hosts were Fantastic, with concise communication that was prompt, open, and extremely understanding. Their personal touches of accommodation were a very pleasant surprise.
This home is an architectural delight of 3 levels. plenty of parking. from the entry foyer up to top level living, dining, kitchen, upper deck area are impressive and inviting. Bedrooms on each level are large and very comfortable & all new bedding. The middle level provided a large gathering space with access to outside. The details, great appliances, all new cookware and SAUNA AND HOT TUB are great bonuses.
You name it, everything is there for your use and convenience!
These Hosts are caring & kind, assuring the best possible experience. The home is extremely clean, decorated impeccably! It provided the perfect weekend celebration!

Look no further. This home is AMAZING.
Look no further. This home is AMAZING. We booked for my husbands 40th birthday weekend, just the two of us. It was secluded, yet close to so many things. The home is exactly as pictured as are the grounds.
Walking the grounds there is the cutest trail that follows a river and the sights are breathtaking.
Everything is brand new and modern. Extremely upscale appliances and the hot tub and sauna are absolutely perfect! We enjoyed visiting local parks during the day and coming back to the lodge to use the sauna and hot tub. Clasp cooked some amazing steaks from Millers Meat that is just down the road.
The beds were so comfortable as was the furniture. The hosts were fantastic and readily available to answer any questions we had. No detail was left behind in this home and we are already talking about booking another trip to this lodge!
