Maintained by the owners, we personally make sure the Cottage is always delightfully inviting and will leave you dreaming of your next visit. So fully furnished, you won't miss a thing, even your first cup of coffee or tea when you wake up your first morning! The exciting new addition to enhance your experience is our new outdoor hot tub spa located under the shelter of a gazebo.

About the Owner
I have lived in Lake Placid for 35 years and have lots of friends and family here. I live next door to the Cottage in what was my bed and breakfast for 15 years. I've been welcoming guests to the Cottage for as long as it's been established so you can view my reviews there. I am an avid skier in the winter and enjoy lots of outdoor activities year around. I can make all sorts of recommendations for all sorts of interests!

Incredible gem in Lake Placid. Private, but close to Main Street. Immaculately clean, stylish, and full of everything you would need. The hot tub was perfect for soaking after long days of hiking. Looking forward to booking again next time we travel to the Adirondacks.

The Cottage was a great place to stay while in Lake Place! Lots of amenities, very close to Main St food/shopping, and the beach. It was bigger than we expected and will definitely stay here again when visiting

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Not only was the place cozy, but it was stocked with everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fresh baked cookies we received upon arrival! Great location- not more than a 5 min walk to downtown! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Catherine was such a great host! As soon as we got to the air bnb we quickly realized we had forgotten a backpack. We texted her asking if there was a place nearby to get one or if she had one to borrow. She quickly responded and invited us over to her home to get one! The cottage was so clean and cozy, she even welcomed us with a note of things to do and chocolate chip cookies :) We made sure to utilize the hot tub after a long day hiking. I would highly recommend this placed to everyone I know!! Thank you so much catherine for making our first trip to Lake Placid a one to remember!!

Great host, i wanted a getaway without having to be interrupted and she did just that, we enjoyed the place , beautiful cozy cottage that has everything you need! Great location for the activities around lake placid, an extra perk was to come to hot tub after a long day
