Located right on the lake, 50 feet of lakefront with a beautiful dock to enjoy the lake views. This home offers a perfect getaway for the summer. Full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, WiFi available, wrap-around deck off the dining area, and much more. We are surrounded by several wineries on the Cayuga Wine Trail - Buttonwood, Hosmers, Knapp, and Thirsty Owl are just a few of the amazing ones to visit. A quick 25-minute drive south on Rt 89 towards Ithaca, you can visit the beautiful Taughannock Falls State Park. A NYS Park that has a boat launch, hiking, playground, swimming, and much more. The area has many Amish markets open throughout the week, selling local produce and crafts. A beautiful area to visit and just take in the fresh air and relax.

Additional Property Information

There are 2 couches that are not sofa beds but can be used to sleep on. Also have a large "blow up" bed/mattress for use. The parking is located across from the property location. No more than 2 cars per rental party. There are several stairs (with handrails) on the property.

Additional Info
The owners keep their boat at the lake property. The boat is NOT part of the rental agreement. There is boat rental availability for day use. Boats may not be docked overnight on the rental property. There are 2 paddle boards for use, life vests are also available. Sizes are varied. Canoe, kayak, paddle board rentals are also available.
