Description
Our home is situated on the east side of Seneca Lake north of Sampson State Park. We check out so that way you can check in! Although our property is not on the lake, we do have lake access at our community boat ramp and private beach pavilion.
Boat parking is available on the house's property on our second driveway. We have views of the lake and the incredible Seneca sunsets! Our home is 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking needs. Please ask if there is a unique utensil or cooking gadget that you must have for your stay and we will let you know if we can accommodate.
Our home is enjoyed by our family and two dogs. If you have allergies, please don't book. We ask that you respect our home, and property as well as our neighbors and their property. We do have personal belongings and decorations in our home, we ask that guests do not disturb or take items. Off limit items are labeled in the closet and anything in the basement.
Guests can use the washer and dryer (we leave small amounts of detergent and laundry sheets for guest use). There is a security camera monitoring the driveway. Washer and dryer are in the basement which guests can access.

I love hosting and being hosted! I aspire to one day run a true bed and breakfast with multiple suites and a grand dining room where I can get to know all my guests from all walks of life over my favorite part of the day... breakfast! I have a guest book with lots of fun things to do, eat, and drink in the area if meeting isn't your thing! I just want you to enjoy your stay.

Amanda and Ian were very attentive and responsive. Amanda gave us a lot of wineries and recommendations that were perfect for a girls trip weekend. The house was clean and exactly how it was described. We would recommend this to everyone and definitely visit again!

Fantastic place! It was very clean and homey. It was perfectly designed for 4 people and there wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't available. We felt very welcome and hope to come back.

Amanda’s home is very cozy and clean! It’s tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of your own home and more. It has a small fenced in area for privacy/use of hot tub and expansive backyard for yard games or fire pit. You can walk to the lake or hop in the car and visit many wineries and Sampson State Park. Most of all Amanda was so pleasant to rent from.
