Description
A large living room and family room allow for ample space to hang out when you are not immersed in the sights and sounds of Keuka Lake.
Cook breakfast in our large kitchen and dine in our elegant dining room. Grab a book from our library and cozy up in one of our seating areas or other little nooks around the house. Our terraced hills are accented with our large decks to allow you to capture many different vantage points to view Keuka Lake and the wineries around it.
Watch the leaves change colors as you hike around our ten acres of property. Or meditate in the trees in our tree platform as the sounds of a running creek bubble in the background. After the sun sets, sit around and count the stars as you are warmed by our fire pit. You will find many different and unique areas of our property that you are bound to enjoy.
You have complete privacy yet are only 3 miles from Hammondsport. Please note that our home is surrounded by 10 acres of rolling hills, gorges, and forest.
Please be aware of wildlife that may walk through the property including but not limited to deer, hawks, eagles, groundhogs, turkey, etc. Please note that our property has Well water.
Although the Softner and UV light is used to kill bacteria, it is advisable to bring your own drinking water.

Additional Property Information
My house accommodates 12 people comfortably and I have clean linen on every bed and clean towels. The bathrooms are having all the amenities and have toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen needs. The washer and dryer are both operational. Since the property has WELL WATER, it is treated with water softener system and SBQ-PA uv light system which gets rid of any bacteria so water is drinkable but. Bottled water is recommended. There are two creeks on both the sides of the house so if you have children then they should be watched when they are playing outside. Our pesticide company maintain the property regularly, but being a country home, you might find some bugs which usually enter the house when the doors are left open. It is advisable to keep the doors closed so bugs do not enter.
