Our home is on Brant Lake and close to Lake George, Loon Lake, Schroon Lake, Bolton Landing & Gore Mountain, as well as Adirondack Extreme Adventure, Rydin' High Ranch and other horse stables. Fishing in the Schroon River. Close to Loon and Friends Lakes, Valentine and Beaver Ponds. We have easy access to the snowmobile trail as well. Enjoy winter fun at Dynamite Hill nearby in Chestertown - snowmaking, sledding hill, ski/board tow rope, ice areno, XC ski trails - all free! We love the location - Brant Lake is simply one of the best-kept secrets in the region. This home sold us at first sight! The water views are expansive, its easy to get to and the beach is just a marvelous place to enjoy the sun and swim. We have a brand new dock system that all of us neighbors pitched in to purchase and build in 2021. Boat access is easy, the fee boat launch is just south down the lake, and from our docks its a quick ride up the lake to watch beautiful sunsets. A little about us, our family of six works in the hospitality industry. We own a nearby cabin/resort property, and while we are considered 'professional hosts', this is our family lakefront home that we remodeled in 2021. We love the location and still have our other home here in Brant Lake.

We are located lakeside between the water and the mountains on the main road through the area along the lake. These are rural roads. The small hamlet of Brant Lake is on the southern end of Brant Lake (4.5 miles long) known as Mill Pond, includes a park, a public beach and some local shops. Nearby Chestertown features restaurants and attractions. We are central to many southern Adirondack attractions including Gore Mountain, North Creek village, Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course, Six Flags Great Escape, Top of the World golf course, Million Dollar Beach, Lake George Village, Natural Stone Bridges & Caves, Word of Life Campus, Seagle Music Colony, Hague Fort William Henry, and Fort Ticonderoga.
Parking is on our property. This is a lake-side road with the hills behind us, and we are not considered a neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay.
It was late October so the foliage was great. The house was within 15/20 minutes of everything we wanted to do, golf, hiking and the real reason we were there, my daughters wedding. Thanks again to Todd and his family.

Great place, great hosts, and would stay again!
Very beautiful place that accommodated a family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone and the deck was definitely a highlight, as well as, the fire pit. Good location where you can see the water, but still close enough to Tops and or a Stewarts.

Family had a great time, the place was as advertised.
Todd was responsive and friendly. The lake was peaceful and a nice getaway for a long weekend. The beach was close and an easy walk. We loved the kayaks, canoe, beach chairs and especially the evenings around the firepit! People at the shared beach were friendly and we felt welcome. Wish we had more time!

I would definitely rent this property again
A grup of seven stayed at Todd's place Memorial Day weekend. the place was very nice, very clean with many amenities. Todd was very accommodating and very responsive. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Blackstone grill with full tank was nice to cook our meals on. Access to the lake was easy walking distance. Two kayaks and canoe were great to have for an afternoon on the lake. I would definitely rent this property again

We had a lovely vacation at Brant Lake. Everything was as described and check in process was easy. The upstairs bedrooms are cozy and perfect for a family with children as the rooms are interconnected. The lower level bedrooms are a good size and gave everyone the privacy they needed. Our stay was even more special as it snowed and the windows overlooking the lake gave us a magical view of the winter night.

We had a great stay at the house with easy access to the Gore skiing resort. Todd was very reponsive and detailed with instructions. Perfect place for large groups and the view is just breathtaking. And the best part -- we were thrilled to have our pet with us :)
