Our Ocean Beach vacation rental home is in a unique summer beach community on fire island in New York. Fire Island is only accessible by passenger ferry or boat. Motor vehicles are not permitted.
This lovely home is a short stroll to the ocean beach. It is close to all local amenities, such as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Enjoy the Island's wildlife including deer roaming through the sand dunes and it is a charming environment. Exploring the area by bicycle or foot is a refreshing experience.

Great Home experience at Ocean Beach
We never rented on Ocean Beach
But because of our experience at the Beautiful home we rented 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens , Big decks to sit and enjoy Coffee and Breakfast , Beaches are Best we have been too and the town has all the restaurants , Bars , Bakeries
Lenny was by far the best host we ever had done Business with !

Amazing week in Ocean Beach
This house was perfect for us -plenty of space for our family of 7. The house is very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and everything that is needed in the kitchen. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a new outdoor shower, top deck, bicycles and BBQ. Len was a great host and easy to reach with questions. We had a great time! We will definitely be coming back!

Great house
We rented the house with three families. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everyone had a great time! Lenny was great to deal with, very organized and responsive.

Just Wow!
A lot of great memories were made at this house. Close walk to ferry and even closer walk to the beach. The location is perfect! Very kid friendly and lots of space in and out. Plenty of room for multiple families. Ice cold AC..2 full kitchens with washer/dryers up and downstairs. The large outdoor deck was wonderful. Large BBQ and great outdoor shower. The owner was very responsive and helped with all our questions. Highly recommend..we'll be back :)

Just Wow!
Amazing time and memories were made at this house. The location is perfect! Short walk to ferry and an even shorter walk to beach. Kid friendly with a lot space. Awesome outdoor shower and large outdoor deck. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Lenny's house
My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Lenny's beach house. The house was clean and neat and only 5 houses from the ocean! We had perfect weather. The 2 kitchens came in handy as we had many friends visit one day. We would definitely stay there again. Lenny was very helpful with any concerns and questions we had.

Summer Fun!
We had a great stay at the house! With everything going on- Lenny made sure to have the house clean and prepared for our stay!
We enjoyed the beach, walks into town, bbqing and the outdoor shower!
Lenny was very accommodating. He answered all my phone calls in a timely manner and was always very helpful!
We will definitely be revisiting next summer!

Perfect getaway
This was our 1st time renting a house in Ocean Beach and we ended up having a fantastic time. The house was perfect for our large group and located in an ideal spot. The owner made everything easy and was a pleasure dealing with. We’ll definitely be going back again.
