Great Family Vacation
From the very beginning, George and Margaret were incredibly easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to every question and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. At one point we couldn't figure out how to use the grill, and they actually FaceTimed us to walk us through it! That level of kindness and attentiveness really set the tone for our entire stay.When we noticed the pool heater wasn't working, they had someone there almost immediately to fix it. The house itself was absolutely spotless and so well stocked. They really thought of everything! This sounds odd but the knives in the kitchen were great- not the usual blunt, borderline unusable knives you usually get in a rental. It made slicing bagels a breeze (very important when on Long Island!) And I have to mention the beds—they were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We were literally checking the tags on the sheets.The backyard was incredible. The modern pool and huge deck gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy being outside. The kids absolutely loved all of the pool floats, and the games in the basement were a hit. The location was great in that it felt like a quiet, secluded spot but was also close to any stores of restaurants we needed. I just could not speak more highly of George and Margaret and we are so grateful to them for providing a wonderful location for our family vacation!

Annual Golf Trip - best yet!
George was an amazing host-extremely responsive and accommodating.
The place was new, beautifully setup and close to Shinnecock and National golf courses.
Easy access and check-out.
Everything we needed for our stay was available at the home.
We will definitely be back for our annual golf trip to South Hampton.

Girls Weekend!
We rented this home for a bachelorette and it was the most perfect place! Very clean with everything you could need for your stay - beach towels, pool floats, and kitchen supplies and even some bottles of wine.
Beautiful property and gracious hosts! 10/10

Excellent Family Trip
George's home was amazing! Beautiful new build in a fun part of the Hamptons. The pool was perfect for our family over the summer. We were close to the highway and in a good spot between Hampton bays and Southampton. The downstairs recreation area was so much fun, everything was very clean, good beds. Altogether a fantastic weekend, we'll definitely be trying to stay again!

Guys Reunion / Group Trip
George & Margaret were absolutely wonderful hosts! House was beautiful, property was spotless, quite, living space was clean. I couldn't have asked for better Hosts! George was very communicative and timely with responses and answering questions. The house it self came prepared with all necessities for Pool, Beach, Backyard activities. Basement had plenty of entertainment for all and had plenty of open space. Left clear instructions on what to do in the event of inclement weather, shops and stores near by, local hangouts! They covered any and all questions you would have about the location, the area, the house, you need not worry about anything because George and Margaret are absolutely amazing! Highly Recommended!

Amazing Stay
Our stay at Hampton Stay House was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight of our stay
-clean, inviting, and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. What truly made the experience exceptional was the gracious hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for their guests were evident throughout our stay. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. We greatly appreciated the hosts' efforts to make our visit memorable and stress-free. They even extended our check out time to a full day experience without even asking for it.We highly recommend Hampton Stay House to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. We would gladly return and look forward to staying here again in the tuture.

Exceeded All Expectations -Perfect Couples Retreat!
Longer review than I typically leave but since this is a new property, I figured I’d provide additional detail. Our party of four couples just spent an extended weekend at Margaret’s place, and it was the ultimate mini-getaway that exceeded our expectations. We were actually planning on stopping over at Margaret’s place and then heading out to a hotel in Montauk but we liked it so much here that we extended our stay for the whole four nights / five days. The house is brand new, modern, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It truly felt like we were the very first guests to ever stay there! The Highlights of Our Stay:Thoughtful Touches: The kitchen was fully stocked. Margaret even left K-Cups to get us started and a welcome bottle of rosé, which was an amazing refresher after our drive from NYC.Incredible Backyard: We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and grilling at home. The garage was packed with plenty of pool floats, loungers and fun lawn games. The newly installed paver patio (not pictured in the listing photos) made the outdoor hangout space even better.Perfect Location: Hampton Bays offered the ideal balance of privacy and convenience. It was a much easier drive from NYC than staying further east like we have in the past, yet we were just a short drive from ocean beaches, local spots and Southampton where we went for dinner. We loved it so much that we will definitely be back later this summer!
