Welcome to the beautiful Catskills! Our new beautiful A-Frame Chalet is situated on 6 acres of private forested land with lovely views of nature. Come stay in the fresh air!

The chalet is fully stocked to be enjoyed for all seasons! Relax under the covered patio in all weather (rain or snow) in the HOT TUB or lounging on outdoor sectional while watching some NETFLIX/YOUTUBE TV all year round on our OUTDOOR TV, shoot a game of POOL in our upstairs Loft, or take a hike through our private TRAIL!! 

The Space:
Welcome to our Pine Tree Chalet!!

Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses. A/C is availble in all the bedrooms and common areas starting Memorial Day weekend thru the end of September; although mostly not needed as nights are chillier up in the mountaintop. The bedroom setup is 2 full size bedrooms on 1st floor; Primary Queen Bedroom in upstairs private loft area with 2 twin sofa beds and another futon sofa bed (for a child) in game room loft that can be setup as needed!

We are setup that you can stay for short term or long term while working from home; with high speed fast fiber optic internet just like the city and wifi calling available! Upload, download and stream to your hearts content. Amazon prime, Netflix and YouTube TV with local channels are all provided through the 5 televisions via fire TV's or fire stick, including the outdoor TV in the covered patio area to watch while lounging on the sectional sofa and while dining or hanging out in the hot tub!!

The kitchen is all setup for any cooking/baking needs with plenty of pots, pans and utensils and appliances include regular coffee drip with water heater, rice cooker, waffle maker, microwave, electric griddle and toaster oven. We provide basic spices for cooking, as well as coffee, tea and sugar. As well as paper towels.

The newly renovated modern farmhouse bathroom includes a bathtub and great water pressure. We provide all sheets and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper.

The outside deck area is furnished with 2 adirondack chairs with foot stools and gas grill (propane provided). Under the covered pergola is the 7 person hot tub (serviced by a professional company; keep it nice and hot or lower temperature in summer for a cool dip), an icebox to keep all your drinks cold with an outdoor foosball table on the top, a sectional sofa with dining table for 8 and ALL YEAR OUTDOOR TELEVISION and mini bluetooth speaker for music and a swing hammock with a view!!

In addition you can enjoy the outdoor firepit area with all firewood and starters provided and another 6 adirondack chairs as well as 1 child adirondack chair. Or enjoy a game of cornhole on the deck or anywhere on the grass or play a game on the outdoor foosball table!!

If traveling in Summer take a trip down the road 5 minutes away to Minekill State Park, where you have complimentary swimming in large outdoor olympic size pools, diving pool and a wading pool for the kiddos as well as a playground. You can also hike any of the trails available on the 500+ acre state park, enjoy the beautiful sound and sights of the waterfalls or setup a day for kayaking.

Indoors you can cozy up in the 1st floor living room, watching a movie with complimentary Netflix, Prime and Youtube TV while sitting under the electric fireplace or starting up the wood stove!!

You can also head up to the 2nd floor and enjoy a game of pool, play games or poker, sit at the bar overlooking the view or hangout on the upstairs sofa while watching some TV.

If traveling with kiddos, they can also hang in the kid area on the 2nd floor, which has been converted from a large closet to a reading nook and play area, with child safety gates at both the top and bottom of steps.

If traveling in Fall enjoy the foilage right at your doorsteps, take a hike through our private 40 minute trail or off our property or take a 5 min drive down to the local state park with over 500+ acres for a hike or kayak trip. In winter enjoy sledding down our sloped yard or skiing/snow tubing at any of the 4 ski slopes in the proximity.

We take great pride in the home we've renovated and decorated and hope you will enjoy it and take great care of it as your own!

Pets are allowed, please inform me and I will add a $50 pet fee for entire stay

The home is on a well as most homes in the countryside. The water is safe to use for all your needs, but a sulfur smell may be apparent due to the well water. We recommend bringing your own drinking water as that is our preference. Guest access Access to entire house. Outdoor shed is locked and for owners use only.

Other things to note:
-Rental Agreement to be signed by primary guest via email after booking. House information will be provided a a day or two before your stay after signed agreement. -Please provide your own bedding for your pet/s. We prefer dogs to stay off of beds/sofa. Pet fee is $50 per stay please let me know
-Sanitizing flotation device must remain inside hot tub water at all times, not in cup holder or filter area; if found anywhere outside of hot tub water after checkout a $300 fee will be requested for a drain and fill to be completed by hot tub technician as water will be unsanitary to use for next guests and must be drained.
-Hot tub tech does maintenance/cleaning of tub 1-2x's weekly and days vary as needed. Hot tub is ready to use upon your arrival!!
-We have private garbage pickup every Wenesday!
-Lawn Maintenance is completed bi-weekly and may fall during your stay. Guest will be informed before hand. Snow plowing is available as needed during your stay and plowing/shoveling is done prior to your arrival to provide easy access to driveway and front/side stairs and front door/1 sliding door for entering and exiting home. Entire deck is not shoveled. Please make a request if you would like it shoveled in its entirety.
-Early checkin/late checkout is offered when available
-Mud Season (extremely wet ground) is month of April (boots are highly recommended for hiking and walking property -
Water runs from a well and depending on time of year smell of sulfate may be more noticeable, but it is safe to use for all your cleaning and cooking needs. Drinking water is recommended.
