Description
The view looking up Cayuga Lake from our property is what makes this so special. Every room in the house has a lake view.
The house features six bedrooms, seven baths and plenty of room to breathe. Five rooms feature queen beds, private baths and balconies made for unwinding. Endless lake views from your own private perch, guaranteed. Each room has it's own AC unit.
The kitchen? Chef-approved - large Sub-Zero fridge, four burner Viking stove with two ovens, opens up to a family room with seating and tv and out to a patio with a grill.
A ten-seat dining room keeps everyone gathered, and the cozy living room with a large screen TV keeps movie nights and game days easy.
Large wrap-around porch with multiple seating areas for happy hour, eating or just relaxation.
100 ft of beach front and 100 ft long dock provides ample room to swim, use your water toys, fish, lay out on the second story deck, sit with a bottle of wine enjoying sunset, or snuggle up and star gaze.
Relax on the property, or, explore the local area. We are in the middle of the Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake Wine Trails and so many incredible hikes through gorges with beautiful waterfalls.

Additional Property Information
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property with the exception of the garage on the side of the property where my partner and I live. You have full access to the dock, but we do advertise it as a shared space because it is also used as the start and end point for our family's Water to Wine boat tour (highly recommended activity). They depart at 11am and return around 4pm.

Nothing down the sink drains except water.

Please close and lock all exterior windows and doors prior to leaving. We get sudden and extreme storms on the lake and they will blow open.

This house is special.
The hosts and the amenities offered made us feel well taken care of during our stay. There is thoughtful signage around the home to help guests navigate appliances and to get the most enjoyment from the accommodations. The view of the lake is serene from most rooms in the house. The hosts were some of the best I've experienced over the past decade. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to do so.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at Luke and Dara’s lake house on Cayuga Lake! The property is gorgeous, well maintained, and provided the perfect, peaceful setting for our family getaway. Waking up to those lake views and spending our days right by the water made for an unforgettable week. Luke was a fantastic host—communicative, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and celebrate.

Well worth the stay for the home alone, but the location on Cayuga Lake makes it a dream!!
Although the house was bigger than we needed for our group of 4, it was an excellent location and everyone had so much space to get away, head down to the water, read on the porch, nap, etc.
Everything worked well with this property: the kitchen was great, excellent coffee bar, all bedrooms were ample, and a lot of space to chill.
Luke was great with July 4th recommendations and pointing us in the right direction when when we needed help.

We stayed at Luke and Dara’s home for our wedding weekend.
We can’t say enough good things from the very start of our booking to the end the hosts were helpful, kind, diligent and accommodating. This is a beautifully maintained family home nestled right on Cayuga lake with dock access and a private beach area across the way. This home had literally everything you need down to some spare bug spray, sunscreen, and towels. The seating in the house, beds and bathrooms were more than enough for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked and a great space to cook and entertain. We loved the large jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms. The intricate details of this home are timeless. They had cornhole boards on the property to keep us entertained as well as books, games, and tv for indoor fun. Kayaks were available for use with a signed waiver. Local recommendations were superb and resulted in us finding the perfect wedding venue at Sheldrake point winery just minutes up the road. Thank you!
