Seas the Day – A Luxe 5 Bedroom house in Ocean Beach- Large heated 15x8 salt pool
Large 5-bedroom house that sleeps 10+ on the west end of town, enjoy your vacation in luxe accommodations. Enjoy the beach, shower off and enjoy the heated pool along with the large deck for entertaining. House has dual zone HVAC system.
Current Availability:
May – All open – 3,500 a week
Memorial Day Week – 8,000 plus 350 cleaning
June Weeks – Range from 5,500-7,500 plus cleaning (Booked from June 23 on)
July 24th – July 30th - DM for Pricing
August 14th – August 20th - DM for Pricing
August 28th – Sept 4th – Labor Day Week - DM for Pricing
Post-Labor Day Weeks: 8,500 to 5,500 (further from Labor Day rates drop to lower end)

CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made will have funds return so long as a replacement tenant is found. The refund will be the difference between the rental rate paid and the rental rate of the replacement tenant. If the replacement tenant rate is higher than the rental rate herein the funds will be returned subject to any fees associated with the replacement tenant booking.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within the time frame agreed upon between the Renter and Owner at the time of booking. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in a dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned and returned to their storage space
• All keys are return to the on-site lockbox and the unit is left locked- windows and exterior doors.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• The Renter is not evicted by the Owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
