The home is surrounded by lovely landscaping and has a huge backyard that includes a large deck, saltwater pool, hot tub, volleyball court and a brand new, fully renovated patio (not pictured). Both functional and appealing, the house is also equipped with Cable TV, Wireless Internet, and a large grill for cooking at home! Everything you’ll need for an awesome trip!
Perfect for families and kids as the location is only a two-block walk to East Tiana Bay, 5 minute drive to Hampton Bay Town, 10-minute drive to ocean beaches, and a 15-minute drive to great shopping and restaurants in town of Southampton. From stunning views to the convenience of being close to the best attractions, this home has it all. Make your next North Fork vacation one to remember!
Guest access We provide all guests with one full propane tank for heating purposes. If both tanks are used, there will be an additional fee charged. Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
