The house size is deceiving. It is great for multiple families as part of it is a guest en suite. Updated kitchen and perfect dining area, deck with a beautiful view and on an acre plus of land. Gull Harbor has an upstate feel and charm, located on the quaint North Fork a mile and a half from town.
16' x 36' HEATED POOL IS COMING, SUMMER OF 2025!
Bring your boat as the property has a deep water dock and 380' of bulkhead. It is adjacent to a town beach. Lazy summer afternoons. Fish, clams, crabs and oysters are abundant.
Recently added a playground for children with a bench seating area. Wood burning fire pit right on the edge of the bulkhead. Sit in Adirondack chairs and roast marshmallows with a salty, southern breeze.
Very close to vineyards, breweries and all of the culinary offerings the North Fork has to offer!

Coming back!
We were in town for a family wedding which was conveniently just up the road at Bricknock Hall. This property is breathtakingly beautiful and really allows one to become captivated in nature. We couldn't get enough of these northern deer as we now live in Fort Myers, FL. The split house allowed us our own quiet spaces. Pat was a gracious host (nothing ever goes perfectly) and we appreciate your kindness. We hope to meet you in person someday.

Thank you for having us! I plan to canoe tomorrow. We are enjoying the proximity to town and the beach. We cannot believe how many years we spent in a bug infested cable TV-less, dilapidated rental. What a luxurious upgrade this has been! Even the bunk bed sleeper is satisfying!

The fun has just begun!
We have just checked in! This is an intermittent entry, but we are so happy we came here with friends after such a long time and year in this gorgeous house with the most serene, lush private view. This is serenity and we look forward to dining at the Frisky Oyster, Noah's and take in the best that Greenport has to offer.

Amazing house!

Wow!
What an amazing experience! Jenna turns 25 tomorrow and we could not be having a better time! 75 degrees and sunny! We have had the beach and town completely to ourselves. Coming out of a long, long cold and horrible 2020 this was a blessing. I hope you like the adirondack chairs for the firepit. Cannot wait to bring my daughter back!
