Welcome to our beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 full bath Adirondack townhouse and located just 3 miles from Whiteface Mountain and 13 minutes into Lake Placid. We are in the perfect location with close access to Whiteface and a short ride into the town of Jay. We are steps from Lake Everest Beach which has swimming, kayaks, a playground, a firepit and fishing too. Enjoy a drink on our private deck or cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. It is truly our home away from home and will be yours too!
The space
Upstairs find a beautiful, open concept great room with a gas fireplace, dining room, full kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette. A wall of sliding glass doors in our living room leads to our private deck with Adirondack chairs. The leather couch is a queen sofa bed and sheets are in the bottom drawer of the coffee table. The breakfast nook is the perfect place to work, if this is a working vacation.
The lower level contains our 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and another full bathroom! This level also has a cozy den with a TV. This level is like it's own private suite!
With the pullout couch / queen sofa bed, you can easily sleep 8 people total!

Charcoal grills are available in the picnic area at the Lake Everest Beach.
Many folks fish at the lake so bring your fishing pole too!

This will be our go-to place when we are in the area.
We travel a lot and I don’t often leave reviews, but I really felt compelled to do so for this property-it is truly fantastic. On a very basic level, it was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was very good. Apart from that though, it was very apparent a tremendous amount of effort has gone into not only decorating the property beautifully, but adding details and touches to make your stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 levels of living, the location/scenery was beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked. It was cold when we stayed and the forced air heat worked very well, but we enjoyed the cozy fireplace as well. I did have a question upon check in and my message was responded to right away. This will be our go-to place when we are in the area.

David and Sandy are an amazing host and their place is beautiful.
David and Sandy are an amazing host and their place is beautiful. They were always available and made sure our family stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Kid enjoyed the having lower level all to themselves. Easy access to beach was awesome. We would definitely go back to David an Sandy's place and highly recommended.

We are so grateful for our stay in Wilmington, NY at Dave and Sandy’s place! They made sure our check in process (getting in the house) was effortless and they were available throughout our stay for anything we needed or had questions about. The beach at the end of the street was perfect for our kids (ages 2-15). We took a few trips up to Lake Placid (20 minute drive) to get groceries and such, but didn’t even need to leave the area for the most part. Whiteface is five minutes down the road, so we were able to hike some of those awesome trails! Overall a fantastic and relaxing experience. Tips- pack your bug spray! The insects in the Adirondacks are unforgiving! Thanks again Dave and Sandy!
