This property sleeps 10+, and features a recently remodeled interior, new furnishings (including a home office overlooking the lake, multiple smart TVs, a new gas grill, new luxury memory foam mattresses, and stainless steel appliances), as well as multiple kayaks, a rowboat, fishing gear, life jackets, numerous yard games (cornhole, anyone!?), a fire pit, and more to ensure an enjoyable stay is relaxing and effortless.
Bedding, blankets, towels, beach towels, and a fully-stocked kitchen are all included.
We're a 5 min drive from Marcellus, 10 min from Skaneateles, 30 min from Syracuse and the Lakeview Amphitheater, and 1 hour from Ithaca -- meaning the best of the Finger Lakes’ restaurants, shopping, spas, wineries, distilleries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, entertainment, farmer’s markets, fishing, water sports, ski / sledding hills, and more are just minutes away.

Lake Wedding of our Dreams!
When my husband and I were looking at wedding venues for our June wedding, we were shocked by the prices for just a few hours! So instead, we started researching airbnbs we could rent for the weekend that would allow a small wedding on the property. Probably needless to say we got quite a few "thanks but no thanks" replies. Then we found Victoria and her beautiful lakeside property. From the pictures to the first conversation, we knew this would be the place for us! Victoria went above and beyond the duties of a host throughout the year of planning to help us find local vendors, organize the event, and respond to all of our requests and questions (and there were many)! When it came to the big day the rental was ABSOLUTELY perfect, spotless, and comfortable for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the weekend with us. There was even a beautiful arch with freshly planted flowers (Victoria made sure of that too!) where we had our ceremony! The side yard was big enough for our tent, DJ, and bar for the reception, and the VIEWS provided the perfect back drop for all of our pictures. The property also had a variety of outdoor games in the shed that we put out for our guests to enjoy throughout the night. At night our guests enjoyed the cozy fire with s'mores and cocktails! My husband and I stayed an extra night and were able to enjoy 1911 Cidery down the road, and just some well deserved rest by the lake before heading home. We cannot thank Victoria enough for her hospitality, her kindness, and grace throughout the past year to help us have the perfect wedding weekend! We are already planning our next trip back and may make it an annual trip with our bridal party and family! If you are looking for a small venue that will allow you beautiful accommodations and lake access, or just looking for a restful place for family vacation, look no further!!

Football weekend getaway
My family stayed at this beautiful lake house during the weekend of the ND vs. SU football game. The house had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The gorgeous views of the mist on the lake greeted us each morning. We enjoyed the lake view while sitting outside on the deck while our kids played outside in the spacious yard. A fabulous time had by all!

Just what we needed
We stayed at this property during SU alumni weekend with some other SU parents since all the hotels were booked up. This place ended up being the perfect place for us to relax and hang out together after a long day. It was clean and quiet and had all the amenities needed. The check in/ check out process was easy. The property owner was informative and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

We'll be back!
We had the best time at Victoria’s home! The back deck is amazing and huge, perfect for entertaining large groups. We used the kayaks and rowboats and enjoyed the fire pit and grill. The location is great too, only 10 minutes from Skaneateles. We would love to come back next summer!

I love Otisco
The place was perfect for our family. The hosts clearly understand what it takes to rent a property. The took care of the big and small stuff, to make our stay enjoyable. The inside has been newly renovated. The outside lawn area, and porch are our favorite amenities. The property is on the far north side of the lake. This area gets alot of weed that can make swimming less than optimal. This is a common problem on otisco. For us, the trade off being a nice flat back yard area, was worth it.

Lovely property! Very clean and spacious home. There was a power outage during the stay and our host was very attentive. We enjoyed our visit to the area and felt very “at home” staying here! Thank you!

Family Vacation
The lake house is comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation! The row boat and kayaks allow for adventures and fishing on the lake, and the fishing is great even directly from the dock. The large lawn has plenty of space for games. It's best to rent a pontoon boat and go swimming at another part of the lake if you really want to swim. Our adult children found the futon and air mattress more comfortable than the sofa beds, but overall the house was very comfortable for our party of 11. Victoria is a great host and is very responsive to questions!
