Echo Hill allows is like nowhere else. It offers complete solitude with a multitude of amenities. Set on 40 private acres that back up to state land, guests can be sure to enjoy themselves without any invasion of privacy. This uniquely designed home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two bedrooms and baths are in the main part of the house, and the third bedroom and bath are in a slightly separate area attached by a breezeway, which provides further privacy for different members of the party.
The amenities include both a heated pool that opens on May 1 and that stays open until October 31. (The hot tub is available all year round.) Both the pool and hot tub are both located in a glass-enclosed structure with retractable ceiling and sides.
The main part of the house has a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, plus a screen porch seating area for nicer weather. The living room with wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV is also in this part of the house, along with a piano for those who like to play.
Upstairs, the loft-style space houses the master bedroom with queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower. There is a desk in the room for work-related activities, and there is a small balcony for taking breaks from such, with a lovely view of the natural pond. As well, the laundry facilities are on this floor.
Downstairs is the second bedroom, which can be set up with either two twin beds or one king-size bed. Next door is a bathroom with stall shower.
Down the breezeway is where the third bedroom can be found. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed up the spiral staircase. On the first floor is another living room/game room with a Smart TV, a foosball table, and assorted toys and games for guests of all ages. There is a full bath with stall shower here, too.
Between the house and pool house is a stone fire pit and a gas grill. We supply the wood and the propane. There is plenty of yard for kids to enjoy running and playing.

Serene and beautiful.
The home was stylish and comfortable. The pool was wonderful. Sitting outside or on the screen porch all we heard were birds singing and cicadas chirping. A very relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay.
The location was perfect for traveling back and forth to Woodstock and Saugherties. It was very clean and lots of room for 6 people and our pups. We saw lots of deer. I think my favorite part was eating breakfast in the screened in porch every morning.

Truly wonderful
The house was spotlessly clean which made us very happy. There were plenty of beds . The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a joy. We had a wonderful time.

SECLUDED OASIS
Beautiful house in a buccolic setting. Indoor pool with a retractable roof makes it a perfect summer and fall retreat. Highly recommended.

Great family weejend
Spent the weekend with my husband and our three adult children. The house is very clean, well appointed and spacious. It’s also close to all the fun things to do in the area. We’d definitely go again!!!

Great getaway!
I had a wonderful stay at echo hill! The setting is so peaceful and natural, there’s tons of wildlife to observe and the house is very nice. It’s modern architecture/interior meets rustic (large) woodland cabin vibes. Very comfortable. This is my third time staying there. I especially appreciated the new window shades in the bedrooms, the screened in porch is well kept and kept the bugs away, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as well. Robyn is a great host and sent prompt replies. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in the Catskills.

Amazing home!!!
The place was absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s very secluded and the land is gorgeous as well. Robyn was very friendly and responsive over messages. Will definitely return!

Perfect getaway
The house was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities. We were three couples and each felt like we had our own private space. Would definitely stay again.

Very responsive
The house was unique and very clean. The retractable pool enclosure was very useful to keep the bugs out while playing in the pool but still gave you the feel of an outside pool. Robyn was very responsive and even drove out at night to reassure me that the smell was a skunk and not a gas leak (sorry, we are city folk and not used to mother nature). We also accidently locked ourselves out while playing in the pool and Robyn assisted us within minutes. The property was centrally located to a number of attractions that we planned to visit. Overall, great stay, thanks Robyn.
