Welcome to our "cottage feel" beachside retreat on Long Island Sound, where you'll enjoy your very own private beach with stunning water views. This enchanting sanctuary offers exclusive access to the shoreline and panoramic views, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

The Space:
This cozy getaway is thoughtfully laid out across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom equipped with a shower and/or bathtub, and a living room—perfect for relaxing, playing board games, or resting after a sunny day. The living area also includes a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

To access second floor, you can choose to use the elevator or exterior stairs. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. This level also boasts another bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family stays or groups needing a bit of extra privacy.

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the two spacious decks, ideal for watching the sunrise over the marsh or the sunset over the sound. The house is ready for your extended stay, featuring clean linens, towels, and the kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences such as an air fryer, hand mixer, blender, and toaster. A coffee maker is available on both floors for your convenience. Outdoors, enjoy a new gas grill and ample seating, perfect for beachside BBQs. Stay connected with WiFi and entertained with smart TVs throughout the home. A washer and dryer are also available on-site for your convenience.

Live the angler's dream by fishing directly off your private beach, or use the nearby boat ramp for easy access to the Sound for more extensive fishing expeditions or jet skiing. Take advantage of the provided canoe and two kayaks to explore the coastline at your leisure.

We are just a bike ride or walk away from local parks, restaurants, and shops, including what the New York Times voted "the most romantic restaurant on Long Island." Additionally, you're only minutes by car from Wildwood State Park, local wineries, breweries, cider houses, distilleries, farm stands, golf courses, East Wind Spa/Shoppes, Splish Splash Water Park, and the Long Island Aquarium.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
