This is a massive money-saver compared to what you will pay to rent on Fire Island. This home brings a great quality of life with it. It's a 4 minute walk to the Bay Shore ferry going to Fire Island and you get access to every town/beach Fire Island has to offer. Choose your beach and eating locations between the ferry destinations of Kismet, Ocean Beach, Ocean Bay Park, Fair Harbor, Seaview, Saltaire, Dunewood, or Atlantique. Once you are on Fire Island you can easily take a Water Taxi from town to town and to Cherry Grove and the Fire Island Pines. This home is suitable for up to 9 vacationers. This home could also be ideal for a group of people who work on Fire Island in the summer and need nice affordable housing. You will be walking-distance to the very socially-active Bay Shore Main Street area and mainland stores. You won't have to pay Fire Island prices for groceries, drinks, restaurant-meals, and for ferry parking while on the mainland. The home comes with private off-street parking for multiple cars so you don't have to pay Ferry Terminal parking fees. It's also a 15 minute walk to the Bay Shore Railroad Station plus it’s an excellent bicycling and walking-neighborhood near the Bay Shore waterfront. I prefer long term rentals (more than 2 weeks) and would be most interested in a full summer-long-rental. But I will consider many different types of rentals to include monthly or a series of weekend-vacation-share rentals if you have a group of people who want to get away for a significant number of weekends and/or take advantage of your summer time-off-from-work (vacation time). The home is available for rent from May 1st until September 5th (the day after Labor Day). The house is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linens, towels, front porch furniture, coolers, BBQ, etc... I will pay all utilities to include A/C, Cable/Streaming TV, and wireless. Everyone's housing needs are different but my price will be significantly less than what you will pay for the most modest housing on Fire Island. Ferries leave Bay Shore as early as 7 AM and leave Fire Island as late as midnight in the summer months. There are also water taxi’s that return to Bay Shore every night as late as 3 AM.
